This is the place to go if you are looking for fresh authentic pasta/Italian food on a budget. It is true gem located in the heart of Inver Grove Heights. The servers are always friendly and approachable. As far as I know, I have been told the pasta noodles are made fresh daily.YUM!! For our appetizer, we had some calamari. It was fresh and crisp.. just thinking about it is making me hungry again. The pasta was flavorful and the texture was so silky/rich. To top off our main, we were enlightened with delicious CREME BRULEE made to perfection!! All in all, it was definitely a bang for my buck :) I know Ive read some posts about the price being on the higher end and all I have to say to that is... you get what you pay for. If you are looking for quality vs quantity, its worth giving it a shop. If you are looking for quantity rather than quality, just head on over to noodles and company for your quick fix. On a side note, 1.2.3. Pasta also looks like they are closed Sundays like some other businesses so make sure you check the website for store hours before heading over.. unless you want to drive over during non business hours only to be bummed that theyre not open upon arrival. IMO.

Amazing pasta. No excessive use of olive oil. Not greasy. Bread for 2.50 is kind of different but usually worth it. Its authentic and being related to La Grolla helps. Tiramisu also really good. Our only complaint is its expensive. Pasta always is but at around $20 a dish its more spendy than most places. We worry the high cost might not work in Invee Grove. We want this place to stay around! We have since gone here about 4 more times. I have to drop it to a 4. The reasoning is that the portions arent always the same. So the cost then becomes an issue. The cost is quite high compared to many other good Italian restaurants. Still good food but each time we go we cant stop thinking its high costs are not justified. With prices so high they should offer their oven to table bread for free. Instead the want to charge another 2 dollars. A meal for 2 people here can easily cost around $50. They need to reduce their prices a bit to get back to 5 stars.

I appreciate what theyre trying for. Ive had a mixed experience. The mushroom ravioli was quite good, perhaps a bit garlicky. Unfortunately when I ordered one of their burgers medium rare it came out very well done, sawdusty-textured, and the balsamic glazed onions were for some reason cold. Their truffle fries are perfect. The beet salad is good, but the addition of hearts of palm is distracting, and their plate composition feels dated. Overall, this is (by far) the best restaurant in its class in Inver Grove. I hope it succeeds!

First visit to this new restaurant. Just a quick drink and app this trip. Small list but solid beer/wine choices. Meatball app was amazing. Staff super friendly. Chef checked on us. Look forward to returning for a full meal since their sister restaurant La Grolla is a favorite and this is much closer to home. Very fair price for the quality served. Portion sizes are just right from what I could see around me.

Small, friendly, authentic, light & airy plus someone in the kitchen really knows what they are doing. Were headed back tonight for our second foray in their interesting menu. Highly recommended in an area with otherwise nothing special dining. I only give four stars because to give five would mean no further improvement would be possible. That said, it is my go to place in town for dinner.

Stopped in for lunch. Started with side salads. Ingredients were fresh, and the balsamic dressing was tasty. Spouse and I split a pizza, which was delicious. Atmosphere was clean and bright, and the staff was courteous. We plan to return for good Italian food in a casual, friendly atmosphere.

Dont think "strip mall", think "5-star pasta". All made fresh to order. Absolutely nothing on the menu isnt exceptional. This is great Italian food at a very reasonable price for the high-quality delivered. Dont take my word...give it a try and see for yourself.

After they figured out who our server was supposed to be (sat for almost 15 minutes with no server) Food was very good, calamari was excellent and the lasagna & rigatoni with sausage, yummy!! Space needs some work but well definitely be back

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is casual but the food is still very delicious and high end like. My customized spaghetti had good amount of shrimp and portion. And make sure to try their dessert!! Highly recommend it!
