I went to noodles and company last night with my daughter and grand daughter. we ordered our food and when i went to pay for it. i was missing my debit card in my wallet. lol the grandbaby was playing with my wallet before we left and the card must have dropped out. anyways when i was time to pay i didnt have any money. i tried to tell them to not make my food because of the debit card situation. the cashier said hold on and got the manager who gave my meal for free. i told him id go home and call in my card # and he said he wouldnt take it. to top off all the great food we had it was also my birthday which made it even better for me. i would tell everyone i know to goto this noodles and company for great food and ever better staff members. once again thank you guys so much . ill never forget your kindness and will do something nice for someone else just because also

This is definitely not my favorite Noodles location. I ordered 2 pastas and a side order of potstickers to go. When I got home, the first pasta I pulled out of the bag was definitely not something I ordered, but I realized there were still 2 other pastas in the bag which were mine. So some other guest didnt get their full order or had to wait longer for them to remake it. All the pastas looked very dry and like they needed another scoop of the sauce. I opened the potsickers and they were flatter than pancakes. It was very strange, I mean completely smushed flat. When I bit into one, it was clear they were overcooked because the wrapping was very tough and leathery. Not good.

Sitting in Noodles right now and I am completely frustrated! Walked in and ordering went fine until I went to sit down to eat my food and literally had to move dishes to sit somewhere. Honestly every booth and most tables had dirty dishes on them. I could see three staff in the kitchen and what really disappointed me was a staff person was sitting in the lobby on her phone (Im guessing it was her break) but saw all the dishes and another couple had to move dishes too and she did nothing but sat on her phone!!! On a side note most of their soft drinks were empty and unavailable. This is unacceptable and I will not return to this location.

Just got back home after waiting 20 minutes for two bowls of take out soup. But that isnt my main complaint about this Noodles location.. While I was waiting for my take out, I watched the kitchen staff (young caucasian brunette girl and boy) with NO GLOVES, wipe their nose, sweep their hair aside, touch a dirty computer screen, then cut and place bread in bags. I saw no glove boxes, or gloves any place. Clearly Understaffed, undertrained and undermanaged.

Got rid of my favorite pasta, but thought Id give it another try. The"steak" stroganoff was my choice today. First thing I noticed were there dirty tables when I walked in at 11 (right as they opened). Pasta was delivered quickly but the "steak" was not impressive in quality or amount. Id guess 4oz of Chuck steak is what they used. Good flavor to the sauce but could use a little more.

Had a BOGO coupon and they forgot my chicken. I drove back to the restaurant and they gave me another piece of chicken. I get back to work and it is raw. The manager was very apologetic and said he would send me coupons to replace my meal and I never received them. I messaged him again after a month after still not receiving them and it has been over a week with no response.

Very fast, friendly service. Order was accurate and delicious. Restaurant was kept very clean. I had a working meeting and there was plenty of space at the booth for both of us to have our laptops and additional paperwork AND eat.

Food is overpriced and this particular noodles and company IS ALWAYS out of soda. ALL of it. You pay for soda and youre left to choose from water, water, water or flavored water. But I still eat there, so 3 stars, fkk you.

Dishes everywhere, gross, and this is the only location Ive been to that doesnt drop off silverware with the food. Ill be going to the location in Minneapolis or University next time.

I got a beautiful Mediterranean salad with NO dressing and a Buff bowl with only chicken and tomatoes. One piece of spinach. Unfortunately I didnt realize this until I got home.

Not a great visit. Dont go here if you are gluten free. They cook on same grill, dont wash, but even more important, the employees arent trained.
