I went through the drive thru at 1130 on may 29th. I went through one lane and watched 3 cars in the other lane go through before me(I arrived at the same time as the first car). they told me that it was going to be $8.44 and it was $11.44. I ordered sauces and they left them out along with 2 sandwiches. I went back and they wouldnt let me in to get the sauces or burgers. went through the driver thru waited 20 in line and ended up leaving cause it was taking to long. Arbys is accoss the street go there! much better serves and better food!! I wont go back and will erdge my friends to do the same! I dont normally get this upset but the this isnt the first time and the young gal was not the costumer service type!

Just came back from Burger King on Univ. and 2nd Ave. when I ordered my food I told the yound black girl no ketchup on my Whopper, she handed me my change, did not count it back to me and she shorted changed me 18 cents I did not say much about it because I got a free pop that I told the girl I wanted, she did not put the pop on my ticket but I told the other girl that gave me my food that i was short changed and i did not get my pop, well when I went to my table after I ate some of the Whopper there was ketchup on it....that Burger King had paper all over the floor and spilled pop all over, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT FAST FOOD PLACE....

If I could give negative stars I would, absolute rudest people I have ever delt with. all I asked for is if I bought a large shake could I get it put in two small kids cups to spit between my kids ( doesnt come any were near a large when split) cashier acted like I grew another head, and went to ask her manager if it was ok, manager gave me a glare like I was robbing them, and and practicality yelled no, decided wasnt worth it and turned to leave and all of a sudden the cashier decides its do able. Still left couldnt risk the stupidity around the kids.

They go through employees like toilet paper, and everytime Ive even dared to eat here I get sick or have a bad experience. The staff act like they have better things to do than take my order and when I present a coupon they act like theyd never seen a coupon before, getting what looked like every employee in the store to figure out how to ring up my order. Then when I finally got my fries, they had a taste of fish. FISH. THIS BURGERKING DIDNT EVEN HAVE FISH. needless to say, I get miraculously sick everytime I go in. Which will never be again.

It was the worst Burger King I have ever been to. I went thru the drive thru and my food was cold and the fries were stale. The pop was watered down like it had been sitting there with ice for a long period. I was on my way out of town. I did not get a reciept. I called and spoke to the manager and they offered to replace my meal on my next visit. I was OK with that. So on my next visit I went inside as instructed. They could not find any record of me calling. Refused to replace my meal. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PARTICULAR BURGER KING.

This Burger King needs shut down. The workers look like they are on heavy drugs. Every and I mean every time I come here they ask me at the intercom what I want and not hi or hello or thank you for coming additionally they dont say a damn word when they open the window for payment or food. They literally hand you your food and close the window. This establishment is horrible. So horrible Im going to take the time out of my day to reach corporate and complain until this location closes or they get entirely new staff!!!!!!!!!

Went thru drive thru, received all cold/old/stale leftover food. Fries were old and WAY too SALTY! Took food back to have remade, and it was just as bad as the first crapload. Horrible, lazy employees with no customer service skills whatsoever (or hygiene). To top off my night I ended up getting sicker than I have ever been off the few bites I braved. This place is a joke, dont waist your time or money (and dont risk your health.)

I just quit here about a week ago, by far worst burger king I ever worked for. Alot if the staff were rude to each other, one of the managers was crazy disrespectful even threatening employees. The general manager lets anything get by and doesnt care about issues being brought up. Theyve used expired buns, food that was needing to be thrown away because itd been out for to long. Id suggest never eating nor working there.

This place is a dump. I live very close by so I go here on occasion, I always regret it. Burgers are usually cold, they get the order wrong more than they get it right. Went there yesterday and they got my order wrong... Again.. Ive contacted the store directly before to let them know and got the runaround, this time called corporate. Go to the one on Delaware, def worth the extra 5 min driving.

On a Sunday morning with an empty dining room and being the only car in drive through we had the worst service ever the lady taking our order was talking to someone inside while the headset was making it hard to even Order our food the guy taking money had no communication skills at all and we still had to pull around and wait over 5 minutes for our breakfast I have never had such bad service

If I could rate it less I would. I try this place about once a year and everytime I get incredibly ill after eating. I work for one of the restaurants in town and thus burger King has to be the worst. Im surprised the state hasnt shut the building down for a concern of public saftey. Im not the only one to get sick from eating here either. Corporate should really do something about this.

Just left and that place is a dump and the food what horrible. First the chicken nuggets were ice cold 2nd my 5 dollar sandwich tasted like the dollar sandwich. The only worker that seemed like he enjoyed life was the manager, the rest walked around like they hated everyone. Again I will say the food was nasty.... for the 18 dollars we spent I should have got a steak across the street.

First, it took forever to get our order. We didnt get our order correct. We were short an order of fries and my husband asked for extra pickles and got none. My daughters and my burgers were both cold. The workers were not very friendly. The dining room was empty and dirty. Came through Des Moines and stopped for lunch and wont be stopping here again.

Went there last night to get some food, all the lights were on open sign lit up everything, pulled into the drive thru and waited for a good 2 minutes nobody bothered to come to the mic and say anything they just cut off the lights and hid.....a chickenshit operation to say the least and I damn sure aint going back nor do I recommend going there....
