Coffee and food is great, and typically the staff is friendly, but today every request I had (I asked if they had a certain flavor, he asked me if I wanted it for here or to go, and then after I sat down I realized I had forgotten my pen at home so I kindly asked if they had a spare one to lend me) not out of this world requests (I worked in this same industry for 10 years myself) and I have never been treated so rudely... its a shame because I usually love this location and come frequently during the work week, but peoples disrespect can really change a customers view. I dont feel welcome here because for some reason, this gentleman has it out for me I guess.

Located in the beautiful Linden Hills neighborhood, this Dunn Bros does not live up to its surroundings. Too few seats fill the dingy interior and patrons must uncomfortably eye the next available table as they wait for a classically mediocre cup of Dunn Bros coffee. If youre looking for a clean, quiet, and cozy place to drink coffee, you can probably do better than this. Two stars for location.

Service was fine. People were nice. Problem here is that the bandwith for the internet goes from 50 MBPS to 1 MBPS about every 5 minutes. With this being the only free WIFI coffee shop in the local area, I was looking forward to making this my spot, looks like I will need to venture elsewhere....

Really nice, something different from a larger chain coffee shop, it really seems like they are emulating an independent shop. Nicer sandwiches, and pastries. Lots of lunch options. Feels cozy and nice. Really great space to grab coffee and read a book from the library down the street.

Nice atmosphere, great service and neighborhood. Very friendly staff. Dunn Bros coffee is not my favorite--the beans always seem over-roasted or bitter. The mochas and lattes miss the mark, lacking in flavor and creaminess. But, I keep coming back, anyway.

Dunn Brothers coffee often tastes burnt or over roasted. The service here was average for close to closing on a week night... in other words you can tell the workers are sick of smiling & being nice... skip Dunn Brothers & go elsewhere.

Maybe they just had a bad day, but the trash cans were overflowing, all the unoccupied tables dirty, and the furniture was strewn about the place haphazardly. Tea was great, but then it is hard to mess up tea.

I go here every Tuesday morning and get great service. Love the two guys that work Tuesday mornings, super friendly and fun to chat with. Every thing Ive had there is tasty.
