This is one of the worst Caribou locations I have been to. The staff is rude and careless. I will drive the extra miles to avoid this one. Every time I go through the drive-thru the service is SO slow, much slower than other locations which actually have a line. One time I ordered a drink that needed to be mixed with milk and got just the concentrate, YUCK! I brought it back later in the day and the staff just looked at me, not even asking how can I help you or acknowledging I was there, the "manager" was hesitant to even re-make my drink, examining the drink I had brought in, like I had somehow done something to it. Terrible Caribou, needs new staff and more quality control, someone get a manager in here to actually supervise staff.

I come here almost everyday for coffee!! And out of the 5 potential caribous I could go to I specifically pick this one... the are very very consistant in their quality of coffee. If I order a mocha it will taste the same at this store no matter who brews it! I do not have that luck with all Caribou stores. We love the staff and are always treated fantastically, we spend many a cold winters day here drinking coffee and surfing the internet. Yum!

I always go to this caribou because of the amazing atmosphere. The baristas are always so nice and friendly and the manager does a wonderful job with all the customers. Id definitely go out of my way to go to this caribou. Their turtle mochas are the absolute best! Very clean and inviting store with lots of comfortable seating. They have a customer for life!

So i came in with my friend that i saw for the first time in ten years , so were sitting and talking in african american so they say this is america so talk in englsh!! They spit in my and my friends ice mocka i thretened to sue them and they said go a head which i did and lost because of the color of my skin.

the staff here were so rude. I was completely taken back by it. the gal was going to throw away a gift card that I had left , granted had a very small balance left. but she said " not like you will be coming back for 8 cents. . thats my choice. I jad two other cards to use.

The woman who took our order through the drive-thru disregarded our requests for no whip on my cooler and to blend Splenda into my boyfriends drink. However, the woman who was working the register at the window was very pleasant and turned a bad experience around.

I am here almost daily. Rhe store is well kept and the service is normally fast. The staff really make all the difference. Theyre upbeat and friendly. It seems they really do enjoy making it a fun experience. They find enjoyment In whimsy.

Ive read the past reviews and cannot comment on them due to not visiting this store until early 2011. They have a great group of employees working there now. They always go out of their way to make sure your happy with your purchase.

A decent caribou location. It will do if you are in the area, we have stopped going to this as often after we have had a few drink mistakes in a row. The office coffee group usually frequents the nearby dunn bros now.
