Its hard to find food thats a staple in the hood in Maple Grove, so I decided to give this place a try. Im ready to dig in and its raw, looking like it was breaded and deep fried for a minute. I called the manager to let them know about the raw fish, and the manager told me that "fish gets soggy after awhile and thats why it tasted raw." No. I KNOW the difference between soggy fish and raw fish, and he wants to argue about it. So the manager offers to make me another meal, and he does so begrudgingly. Lousy food, lousy customer service, out of 20 bucks, and left with a stomach ache!

Some of there food is decent but I ordered steak from them and it was hard and chewy like beef jerk with little taste and it was cold. Along with that my fries where wet and soggy. The blue cheese they gave me tasted old and spoiled. I also had to wait two hours for my food when they told me 30 minutes. When they did get here the man didnt have any change and he claimed he didnt even work for them he was just doing it for someone that worked there and that he payed for it with his own money. I recommend not going here or ordering from here.

The food? Good. However, two times in a row weve ordered & theyve taken two hours or more to bring our food. Keep in mind were charged a delivery charge. The woman who takes the order is professional, but the guy who delivers? Pretended like he didnt have change last time. Got upset when I only gave him a $1 tip after he took TWO HOURS to bring out food. They have the best gyro Ive ever had here in Minnesota, but they could be better at customer service, delivery time, and call response.

Use to order from them alot.... Over the past few months the service has been extremely crappy. They havent got a older right the last few orders we placed. But my daughter loves the food. Our last order took well over 3hrs before the guy showed up with a order that was not even close to the order we placed. And as of late the line is always busy so Im done. Ill never eat there again.

The best guest service Ive ever received. I had only been there 5 minutes and I felt like a best friend to the staff. I ordered a Philly Steak sandwich and Large Fries. Delicious. I added some wings to see how they compared to others. The wings were perfectly fried and seasoned. This is my new go to restaurant!

Not to be rude or funny but the place has this weird smell and the food tastes like it its hard to explain. Then the lemon pepper doest taste like the kind I was hoping for it didnt really taste like anything nice people both times I went I wasnt very happy with the food but the people are nice

The place just got new management team. Their main goal is to reduce the waiting time to 30 min max for deliverie. And excel in customer service. I eat there every day. They have all the food on the menu. I recommend this place for any body that wants great food at very reasonable price.

Ordered tonight took 2 hours to get the food. Order was not correct and the food cold, missing food. Do not order from here. This was our first time ordering with them and VERY DISSAPOINTED. They also do not have all of whats on their menu again disappointed.
