Ive been going to the different spyhouse locations for a number of years and usually end up purchasing spyhouse coffee 2-3/week. I stopped in this location to work on a Sunday. First of all, there is only one outlet available and it happens to be by the "standing only" table. There is no indicator that the table is "standing only" so naturally, we pulled up stools because we wanted to work and that was the only outlet available to charge our computers. While starting to set-up, an employee came up to us to us and said "I need to take your stool, this is a standing table only". I then asked why because that is the only place where an outlet is available. She just proceeded to take away our stools without giving adequate reason as to why we were prohibited to sit at the standing table. The staff were condescending. Maybe if you dont want people to try to sit at the table with the only outlet in the place you should a. Think about installing additional outlets and b. Maybe put a sign on the table denoting it is not available for sitting, so you can avoid awkward interactions and alienating your customers. We left before we had the chance to purchase a coffee. This place is pretentious and it is just a coffee shop. Theres enough in the area to choose from for a more comfortable experience with adequate outlets. I dont plan to return.

Its craft coffee. The service is friendly, and they care a lot about coffee. If you come in here with 9 coffee orders from an executive team meeting that is used to ordering from Starbucks, they might not be super happy. But they shouldnt be. And you shouldnt come in here for that. Five stars bc Ive had coffee from all over (like craft beer, its not hard to find something that resembles something you like in virtually any city) but these guys execute on espresso drinks like nobodys business, their pourover game is also on point, and perhaps most impressively--their Kenya drip is buttery and complex. I get to MPLS on business travel, which Im on right now, but I took a bus out here to get the coffee. Highly competitive and serious roasting. Learn a bunch about coffee, then come here, and appreciate.

Stellar coffee, sleek architecture, delicious pastries from Black Walnut Bakery. My go-to place for a caffeine fix in the North Loop. Drinks take a little longer but always worth the wait. Sometimes the music is a bit loud. Their space is gorgeous and elevates the experience. Im in love with their assortment of antique swivel seats.

Spyhouse is fast becoming Minneapolis most popular local coffee house. The quality is excellent and the ambiance is always beautiful. My main issue is they dont do dark roast at all (even their espresso is a medium roast). If you dont like dark roasts and you want your instagram to be on point, this is the place for you!

Their coffee selection is pretty neat, there are a few unique flavors. I tried the lavender coffee, it tasted okay. The barista who served me was not very friendly, I asked him a question and he wasnt very pleasant. I probably wouldnt go back to this location because of that.

As Im am STILL standing in line for my 2 drinks after 30 minutes I have found the time to write how painfully slow the wait has been. No coffee is worth this kind of wait. I could have had a full breakfast by now.

My favorite coffee shop in town. The space and light is so pleasant- it is the perfect place to sit and get some work done. On top of that, their coffee is the best! Try the Spy Girl latte if you havent yet

Really good coffee and baked goods. Outlets are impossible to find though and the staff is half awesome, half rude; like most upscale coffee places. Anyway, get the oat milk, get a donut, youll love both.

Doghouse has a great atmosphere thats perfect for working or meeting up with people. Their coffee is delicious and they rotate their current brews so its not always the same which I like.

Nice spot, has grown on me -it is a little noisier and a cooler environment than the rest of the spyhouse coffee shops, which I would recommend for working or reading in over this one.

Coffee is good, Pretty good spot... though the atmosphere feels a little more sterile than their other locations. Still, Id stop by if I was in the area again.
