Came here with a reservation for my 21st birthday, however upon arrival they said that my reservation was for an hour later than what I had originally requested. After giving me a blank stare after telling them that I had in fact requested for 7pm and not 8pm, I asked them what we would be able to do. They then said that we should wait for a manager. Manager arrives and tells us that we either can wait 20 min for a table or wait on the patio and get service (this was a cold day, and none of us wanted to go out there) however, we were hungry and wanted to start drinking. We get out to the patio, wait for ten minutes and no one comes out and greets us or takes our drink orders. I walk into the restaurant and ask a server if they can help us out there, to which she replies that she "didnt want to go through the trouble of transferring the tab to another server or making it complicated between servers." I then ask if its even worth it to stay and get food here, to which they dodge the question and say they have a couple of high tops they are pushing together. They tell me to wait on the patio until its ready. We wait for another 5 min on the patio with no one to come get us. We decide to eat at Uptown Bar and Tavern (which had much better service!) and upon leaving a server apologizes (the first time anyone apologizes to me and my group!!) and says that the reservation system is bad online, however I made the reservation through the phone with another employee.....in other words, spend your money elsewhere, its not worth it.

2nd time here Saturday August 19tj. I was there with my boyfriend and 2 others. One of them was their first time too. Atmosphere was great and music too. When we arrived at about 9pm we stood by the door for 15 minutes, nobody acknowledge us to be seated. So we went outside to the patio and there were lots of tables available but not cleaned up from last customers. All available tables were dirty. 2 Buzz boys I assume, just stood around and talking to each other vs. Cleaning up. We sat ourselves and a waiter finally came after 20 minute to take our orders and cleaned up. She was very nice. I ordered sesame seared tuna, which was one of their specialty. It was delish on the flavor, but overcooked tuna. I was disappointed. It shouldnt be called seared tuna when youre going to be cooking it well done. Not sure if they know what seared means. The drinks were small and weak. My meal did not deserve to be $18 ,which I only ate 4 bites and not finished it. We ended up spending $130 . 4 meals ,one appetizer, 4 shots and 8 drinks . We will definitely not come here anymore on a Saturday or make this a top choice or recommendations. Overall I gave this a 2 star review.

Heard great things about this bar so decided to go try it. First experience and my last! We were seated in patio seats, clearly too high for us. Finally got a hold of another waitress, and seated in a booth. Which was much better but our waiter was impatient and tried to rush our stay there. Not only that but we waited well over 45 min. For our appetizers! Then another 15 min. Or so before he came back with our drinks. We were out to enjoy our night so we didnt want to complain, and tried to be patient. When we were finally ready for the bill, he added over $30 for himself on my sisters bill. This is aside from our tips, since we all paid separately. When asked, he shuffled out money from his pocket plus a credit card that wasnt ours and threw it on the table and walked away. We looked at the card and realized he had helped a guy behind us and had given his Mastercard to us. We returned it to the guy behind us and left. Here is my review, atmosphere was nice but waiter was bi polar.

My favorite place to be! The servers are excellent and take care of you and are pretty quick with stuff. But I also really appreciate how they are not constantly asking you for another drink! Some places you still have half your drink left and they pester you, and Im thinking, "No!, I want to finish this one first then I will take another when I am good and ready!" Not the case here. Food tastes great, not number one, but definitely above your average bar, even in Minneapolis. The décor is absolutely beautiful. Thats my favorite thing about being there is that you dont necessarily feel like you are at a bar or club. Its like a social gathering. People are always very friendly and lots of good-looking people so its fun to socialize. They have a myriad of brews on tap and there is always something new that the servers can let you sample. So all-in-all a pretty cool place to hang out at.

Long wait for service. Food service took forever and the waitress never checked in. I ordered a water took an half-hour just to receive my water. Then charged my card debt card for an unauthorized purchased( my friends meal, which I do not understand because she gave her card as well.). I called the next day to talk to the manager, supposedly the manager was on the phone and my name and number was taken. I never received a call, I had to go through my bank to remove the purchase.

Bouncer refused to let me in after literally one mich golden light bottle was consumed. I asked him why and he said i was too intoxicated. This on top of the fact he let my group of friends in , all of which who were lit So I decided to wait for my friends on the bench while they got a drink. Then, Sure enough I see a girl walkin up to bar Louie Stumbling all over in her tall heels and of course gets right in. Anyways Ill be sure to not go back thanksgivings

I must say that the best service that we received from this establishment, was from the host that seated us. Almost a half an hour later, a waiter comes to our table and says. Sorry about wait all of the other waiters did not want to take your table. So Im going to wait on you? I was thinking it is beacuse we are black? I have a Platinum American Express Card. Believe it or not black people are not broke! This will be my last experience here at this establishment.

An overpriced douchbaggery center with a former dress code that was specifically targeted at excluding African Americans. This place is just awful. The service is slow, drinks are bad, and the management is clearly attempting to discourage minorities from attending. Citypages has the best lampooning of this place and its dark past if youre interested. Skip and go somewhere a little off the beaten path for a much more enjoyable, and unique, experience.

This place caters more to White patrons. Last time I stepped foot in this establishment was in October 2016. I was blatantly ignored by the waitress (she looked me straight in the eye when I was asking for my drink to be topped up and decided to tend to her White customers instead) and ultimately decided to never return. The rude bartenders was the nail in the coffin. The food is good and drinks were okay but too stuffy overall.
