Lost another star by tonights service, i had one issue ever through this place and they cant even communicate to each other, per managers words, on what to do, i simply ordered a meal. Butterfly shrimp, steak med rare, baked potato loaded , 2 breadsticks instead of one, because i hate veggies, tarter . sauce, no cocktail .. the shrimp were actually brown like old for awhile, the steak was actually burnt and cooked way to much, and Im not that picky, the breadsticks were hard, the baked potato came with butter in it, (said loaded, they repeated loaded). They did in fact give me tarter sauce though. So i called they give me a gift card for 20, cool Im happy, well sent it to a nate something or rather at my address, well if my name is not on it, i dont get that mail, per usps, so i wait like 2 months and nothing, i go in and ask for manager, he was not helpful at all, not nice at all once he couldnt find my name, Im pretty sure he didnt believe me at this point, hence under some random dudes name nate. So i told him my name which Im not saying, he said what Clanitta? Now i will share first name, Tanya , where did Clanitta come from, now that was after first and last name said, i was like ummm no i said Tanya. He walked away, still couldnt find the gift card, so i scratched it off till I could talk with bryce the other manager that did in fact tell me yes i remember you, and Ill change nate into your name, done Im happy again, so i said hold on to that there please, Ill use it or pick it up. He did. So now its been like 2 weeks, kind of hungry, so i decide what the hell, i know that gotta have my gift card this time no problems, yah right! , so I order my food and tell them i have a gift card, they of course couldnt find it, the great service management guy that called me clanitta even though Im not from any foreign country, what so ever. .answers the phone, i say what happened even the bad listening name part ,say you gotta remember that, he says no, like he didnt care and its everyday he calls a white lady Clanitta. . Then he preceeded to say sorry, with no thought, and Im on hold no word no ok hold on, i wait he comes back and he found it, yahhhh my gift card, well not so much worth 10, the original dinner 18.99 plus tax and delivery, so Im not taking that yet Ill call bryce again, i guess, 30 min go by and my buzzer rings, they fricken delivered it, ummm no again and told the poor delivery guy what happened and he didnt give a crap either, so went from 5 stars to 3 for horrible communication and 2 tonight for not getting the right amount and then still trying to not listen or care about customer problem. I used to eat there about 1 to 3 times a week, and ive been there once since. And told the manager tonight Im not ordering anymore, and he still sent the poor delivery driver out, ugggg

I havent been here since they remodeled. In fact, the last time I ate here was well over 3 years ago. Its taken me so long to return because the first time I came here my experience was just so-so. This time around, I was pleasantly surprised. The remodel served them well. Before it felt like a cross between a small pub and a Perkins. It just had a weird vibe to it. Now it feels like a real restaurant with a decent separate bar area. Our server was phenomenal. Her name was Danielle and she rocked. She was the best server Ive had in a long long time. She could write a book on how to be a successful server. She was friendly, helpful, and always there to refill our drinks and keep us posted on our orders. The food itself was really good too. I had the hot turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy. It was one of the best hot turkey sandwiches Ive had in a while. The turkey was super moist. The bread was fresh and everything was nice and hot. My kids had breakfast and they said it was great. My wife had the buffalo chicken salad and she said it was good. If the service and food is always this good, I could become a regular here fairly quickly.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered pizza a few days ago- 9am for a lunch time delivery 1220. Lady i spoke with initially told me a 10 inch pizza was 6 inches across... what? No. Order; Small pep on bpr pizza well done, side of ranch, parm & crushed peppers. I recieved my food to find it not well done, on the verge of what i would say not even done with what appeared to be onions on top not cooked. I have 20 years restaurant mgmt (pizza!) experience and am well aware accidents and mistakes happen... especially when busy. I contemplated not calling, but couldnt eat it so under done. When i called the manager i explained the issue to was quite brief and short with me. Gave NO apology or even offer to reduce the cost as i then waited for my new one. I appreciate the new pizza- but since my lunch was now over i didnt get a chance to eat it until 230! But aside- what terrible customer service. An apology goes a long way! On top of not once but twice i did not recieve parm or peppers even after asking mgr to make sure to send them as they were forgotten previously.

the manager on duty around 8-9 pm on wednesday feb.15th was not very professional nor was she nice! i had ordered food by phone and upon receiving our food i did not get the extra sour cream or guac i asked for. As well as not receiving my kids pop with her meal! the only plus side was i was not charged for the sour cram or guac. I was also told that the nachosdo not come with sour cream or guac, but online it says they do? so i was some how in the wrong for asking for something that i was told came on it! But the fact the manager on duty continued to interrupt me while i tried to tell her what had happend, then told me i was yelling at her while i had others around and saw that i was not yelling at all, then hung up on me as i said i was not yelling, simply trying to talk without being interrupted. So i call back and then am told i will be added to a do not deliver list all because i was supposedly yelling at her? its was not okay. i really hope others do not have to have that experience like i did!

I have gone to Ole Piper for many years and also used their delivery service as I have worked in the area. I ordered food for a coworker and my self but decided to pick it up instead. I get back to work to enjoy my warm, fresh meal. Her order was fine. Mine was not. I asked for the ranch on the side, and there was none at all. Also asked for coleslaw, but was served tater tots. I was unable to call at the time as I was at work and called once I was home. The female manager on the phone said she would credit me $1.50 via a check in the mail. I said that was outrageous as my meal was more than that and was not served as requested and I did not eat any of it. Her reasoning is that ranch is only worth .50 and cole slaw is only worth $1.00. She put me back on hold to talk to the other manager on duty. She came back and said that the other manager will send me a check for $5.00. I will NOT be returning to Ole Piper for a simple drink or a meal.
