This place is a great addition to Lakeville-- the only options for a bar with decent food beforehand were basically Babes (lacking on the decent food part) and a couple other no-name places that were definitely forgettable, whereas this has stuck with me as a repeat-visit. The atmosphere isnt great, but if youre going to a bar to get a drink and a burger, atmosphere shouldnt be your priority... the food has been consistently good. Im a fan of the Sixx Peppper burger, personally-- get it if you like jalapenos! The only issue Ive had is a few times theyve screwed up my order, but thats forgivable, especially because the staff are all so friendly and curteous. Overall, this is a solid, fun place to go. If you live in Lakeville, youd be doing yourself a disservice to not show up.

Kinda hard to mess up a beer. For that Id say the standard old summit pale ale was good. At least it local. This place was as noisy as an empty gym room with one basket ball player. Like you could hear someone across the room. Kids screaming. Yes screaming. There was so much echoing in that place, it was deafening. The metal high top table with the polished aluminum swirled is cute and all, but the light above reflected right back at you. Bring your sun glasses ! The food gets a a high rating of 2, tops ! Id rather go to BK even if I cant get a beer. Im sure if I had ordered a burger it would have been well done leather. No thanks.on a side note, the staff was nice and prompt.

Just ridiculous.. If you are going to compete with babes bar you better have steady hours. You are a bar and grill. STAY OPEN BAR HOURS. The hours are not set one day u close at 9 one day u close at 10 take ur pick. Inside is nice however, most of the employees stand around the bar and ignore customer service. You need to spend time with your customers not having employees at the bar drinking on the clock.. Owner seems nice however, front end manager sucks. If you intend to stay open very long for business stay open till two and get some new staff that cares about the food they serve and cares for the customer experience

The food is fabulous! And you cant beat the value! I had the Pantera philly sandwich and there were so many unexpected flavors and the fries were good. I have definitely recommended this place to others! The only drawback is that the menu is pretty limited so if you want something other than a burger or philly (dont get me wrong, the options in those categories are plentiful!), this might not be for you. I hope that as they establish themselves they eventually branch out with lighter options (salads) so it appeals to a wider audience. When Angry Inch Brewing opens next door, both of these establishments will be HOPPING!

Pros: Great environment not old dirty and out dated like Babes. Food is great and after several visits still havent had a bad meal. Almost a 5 star rating and with the continuous improvements they make I think they will be there soon. Cons: Beer could be colder. Dont know if its from not having frosty mugs or just not set cold enough. Bar tender on one nights visit seemed not willing to help waitress deliver drinks to tables even though no one was sitting at the bar. Waitress was busy taking care of six tables while some were waiting for drinks.

I decided to try the Heavy Metal Grill again after eating there when it first opened. This time around I was not as entirely impressed as I had been previously. It had more of a bar atmosphere and definitely not an overly friendly feeling place to eat. My server was not very welcoming and did the least possible amount of work to take the order and get the food to the table. The food was okay but I definitely had a much better experience the first time around. The restaurant is however clean and has some cool decorations.

I would say "disappointed" sums up my experience here. I had the Iron Maiden which is a juicy lucy burger. I like cheese but this was a ton of cheese with little meat. Based on the flavor Id say it was also frozen rather than fresh ground beef. Overall it was blah and uninspiring. I did get a bite of the girlfriends "MotleyQ" which was much better. Gave 3 stars since the service was good, but we were the only ones there.

Our first time at Heavy Metal Grill and I doubt we will be back. The TVs were so loud that everyone was yelling over them and we couldnt have a conversation across the table. The food--I had the Talk Turkey to Me and it was nearly inedible; dry with no flavor. My dinner company had the Harley and wasnt a fan but after a bite of my turkey sandwich, seemed the Harley at least edible.

My boyfriend and I love this place. Food is great, service is friendly and fast. The owner is there quite often and always greets anyone who comes in. Im always surprised its not busier. Selfishly Im glad because we can always get a spot at the bar. But I hope more people check it out because it is a great place for a good drink and some delicious Buffalo shrimp!

Neither the food nor the service was particularly good. The fries were somewhat greasy, and one of the servers told us she would be right back to answer a question. We never saw her again. The cleanliness was overall pretty good, but most of the table tops had somewhat dirty surfaces. Ok if you want a quick bite, but definitely not a first option.

I have been here twice in two weeks. This place is the real deal. Prompt service. Stiff drinks for a fair price. A killer soundtrack in the background. And AWESOME food. I recommend the gouda bites, and the Mz. Hyde burger. You cant go wrong with ham and two kinds of cheese on a quality slab o ground beef.

Solid Philly cheese steaks, fries were hit or miss, the cajun seasoned was good, the regular fries seemed mushy.. Prices were a little steep for the portions. Staff was friendly, but stretched thin. Had 2 behind the bar for 6 people, and 1 waitress for ALL the tables, and about 25 people.

Came here when they first opened and was disappointed but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and came back today and much better!! The Philly was delicious and so were their burgers!! I completely recommend the Cajun fries! I will definitely come back!

I got the Skid Row burger which was unique and delicious. I also went for the cajun fries which were tasty with or without ketchup. The music was great but the theme was sort of lacking with different themed elements widely spaced throughout the restaurant.

Great food options here! Do yourself a favor and try the buffalo shrimp! Oh. My. God. So good! The service is always friendly, attentive, and top notch. The Phillies are scrumptious. Burgers are juicy and flavorful. This place is a gem!

Great burgers and wings, and an excellent selection of local beers. Pull tabs, TVs and good music make it a fun time as well as a great choice for a meal with family and friends!
