HORRIBLE customer service!!! I went through the drive thru today and ordered off of their menu. When I got up to pay, it was more than what the price on the menu was. When I asked about it, the drive thru girl asked the manager about it. The manager said "Well our computers update the prices and I cant help the menu board is wrong. I can give you a discount, but not that price." Ah, no thanks!! I told them to keep their food and went to the Taco Bell on White Bear Ave by the library. I was happy to pay their full price of their updated menu board because they care about customer service.

You guys need to reconsider who you hire and not just hire anyone! I went to this Taco bell on 3/25/16 and got charged $40.10 when the total only came up to about around $35.40. My friend payed for everything and all i had to pay for was the 40 cents with my card. I look at my account and see that i got charged $40.10! If they charged me that much, then why didnt she give us the cash back? This taco bell is the WORSE TacoBell ive ever been too!

This Tacobell should be the model for all the rest. It is spotless and well cleaned. The staff are friendly. My Triple Double Crunchwrap box was hot and fresh. I heard Tacobells were low quality, but this place is nothing like that. I waould recommend this place for people who like a modern feel, cheap and delisious meals, and staff that actually ask about your day!

Went here 04/21/17 figured since it was new Id give it a shot. I live 2 blocks away and by the time I got home my 3 doritos tacos were soggy and stuck to the cardboard. My quesadilla was not folded in the tinfoil so when I opened it all the chicken was stuck to the tinfoil. Disappointed glad there are so many other good places close by.

The remodel is one of the best I have seen for a fast food joint. The fireplace out front is a perfect spot on a cool night. Food and service are what you would expect from a TB, fast and friendly. Great location too, right off the freeway and walking distance to the Maplewood Mall.
