We go to this restaurant about 5-6 times a year, its ok, but my last trip less so. My familys breakfast-style meals were all good. I however, ordered a salad, which came about 5 minutes after everyone elses meals. When the salad arrived, it had a peculiar smell and much of the lettuce was looking old and brown at the edges. I determined that the smell was a bad hard boiled egg. I complained to the waitress that the lettuce looked old and that the hard-boiled egg was rotten. She took the egg away and came back a few minutes later with fresh lettuce, plain, in a seperate bowl, and also explained that they had no more hard boiled eggs, but if I wanted to wait 10-15 minutes, theyd make me another. I declined, and further complained that this was not a good meal. The waitress apologized, but said there was nothing she could do. I asked another waitress when leaving where the manager was, and she said "huh... Im not sure." I left. Rather unimpressed with this latest visit.

Well our wait person was great and the food was good but again another male employee was working as a bus boy and pants below his butt. If I was a manager at this IHop believe me when I say all male employees are required to wear their pants like a normal person ABOVE their butt or they will not be working at this place of employment. I am sorry but this is a FAMILY restaurant NOT burger king and these employees need to follow rules and if they choose not to follow the rules then their done. It is VERY unsanitary for employees and they should be given one warning and one warning only if you come to work with your pants below your back end you will be made to return home to change and then return back to work. If you choose not to return then consider yourself no longer working for IHOP. Sorry but I have zero tolerances in a place like this to see employees with their pants below their ass. I will no longer be eating at this IHOP.

I actually used to work here about 6-8 years ago. The food has always been great, it was nice to return and have a great meal. The hash browns are our favorite. However: The iced coffee has always been one of the most delicious items on the drink list, which comes with the issue of not running out of it every day... especially on the weekends... especially when they NEVER make enough... We ran into that problem over the weekend. We all wanted the iced coffee and only 1 of us could have one because they had run out. And how do you decide whos the lucky one? =/ Also, the service was a bit slow and there were hiccups with splitting the bill at the end. I know from being in the industry that splitting the bill can be annoying but thats why you learn to get ahead of it and expect it from every table, especially the larger ones (6 in our case).

I visited this restaurant for lunch, and accidentally left my wallet on the table when I left. I called back and it was a huge relief to find that they spotted my wallet and put it in a drawer next to the hostess podium right after I had left. When I returned to pick up my wallet I found all of my cash and a very sentimental item had been stolen. After being in communication with them, the owners are completely unwilling to do anything to help me in spite of the fact their staff were the only ones with access to my wallet. The food was fine, but the building is staffed by a thief who is supported by the owners. I can not recommend visiting this location. Quick update: The regional manager has reached out to me and expressed his own concerns. I will update this should the issue be resolved.

I have been to this IHOP on 2 separate occasions and was really hoping the first bad experience was a fluke--it wasnt. We went to go pay our bill and the girl at the counter informed us she couldnt help us and would grab our waitress. The waitress walked past us to head to the kitchen. She saw us standing there and gestured she should be with us in a minute. Several minutes later and after several more staff members let us continue to stand with our ticket and cash in hand, she finally came over. I dont care what the policy is about the waitress/waiter helping you with your bill. If we were supposed to pay at the table that should have been made clear yet we still should have been helped by whomever was able.

So we walked in and then waited to be seated for at least 5min, before I contemplated seating ourselves. After half the staff and a lady who we assumed was management looked at us, another 5 min and we found our seats. Waitress Olivia was a delight with good service and checking back to see how we were doing. The couple next to us didnt have such luck. After getting the wrong order, sending back the food and asking to speak with the manager. They left with no concern to the staff. Before they where out the door the buslady already had the table mostly clean. Overall if you like horrible service and bad attitude this is your place! 7 out of 30 seems to be a fitting score.

If you like IHOP, then do NOT go to this one. We were seated by the hostess. Then we waited, and waited, and waited, all the while the waitress walked past us half a dozen times and didnt even get us a water. Frustrated - we finally got up and left with not so much as a concern that we were leaving. The waitress actually watched us walk out the door with not so much as a hello or goodbye. If you really want to go to IHOP I would recommend driving past this one and continuing on to the one in Bloomington by the MOA - you will be eating faster than if you stopped at this one (and that IS including the drive time) - its what we did.

The service was the worst Ive ever seen in all my days. Are waitress basicsllly took are order and then she brought are food out. Me and my Wife didnt even get to taste are food before we saw the bill at are table. She mever checked in on us and asked if the food was good or anything, wouldnt get us a refill on water. We had to bring are bill to the front so we could finally leave. Never offered a to go box or anything, very dissappointed. All she did was sit up towards the kitchen and talk with the manager. This place is a lost cause. Never comming back. Terrible service!!! Never going Back!!!

The absolute worst service ever. Was there for 2 hours, waited on our food for a long time, our food came out cold, my boyfriend and I couldnt even eat it then we had to ask another waitress for our check while 2 tables of people already walked out without paying. There was hair in the syrup and it was just terrible. Never going back again. Had to wait another 10 minutes just for the manager to come talk to us!!! We walked out and they stopped us, we only paid for the hot chocolate.
