Our server was rude and incompetent. We visited on a Sunday when they were nearing the end of a buffet. Since there were only about 20 minutes left of the buffet time, we said we were ok with waiting to order off of the menu when the buffet was over. The server said she would come back to take our order right at 2 oclock. Well, at 2:15 she still hadnt stopped by our table. We could see another server quickly taking and putting in orders, but ours was busy chatting with people behind the bar. At 2:25, she said shed be right with us, and took the order from a large table next to us. At 2:35, she finally stopped at our table to take our order, saying, "I bet you guys are starving, huh." This is also the first time we were able to ask for drink refills (55 minutes after wed arrived!!). Immediately after, we overheard another server telling a table that since so many orders had just come in, it would be 30-45 minutes before food would be available. We then heard someone (A manager? Kitchen staff?) reprimanding servers for not checking the list of items that they had run out of before taking orders. At 2:45, our server informed us that our food could not be made because they didnt have any cheese. We told her that, in that case, we were just going to leave. She said, "ok," and walked away. We waited for some time for her to return, then just left some cash on the table for our 2 soft drinks and left. As we were leaving, she yelled at us (through a screen window and over other customers), "Arent you going to pay for your drinks?!?" We told her that there was cash on the table, and she rudely yelled louder, "IM SORRY YOU GOT MAD!" as if this was all our fault. (By the way, we werent actually mad until she yelled that. We were simply tired of waiting for more than an hour without getting a food order in, and we were very polite to her, even when saying we were going to leave.) I absolutely will not be back.

Saturday night my boyfriend and I came here for the grand re opening and needless to say I will never be returning. The owner of the bar got extremely intoxicated and at bar close "kicked me" and a few other girls out when I was the designated driver, the only reason we even went back into the bar was to get my intoxicated passengers. The reason I say "kicked me out" is because it wasnt just verbal the man used force and pushed me to the door. He also continued with another girl I was with because she fought back and he got up in her face and was yelling at her. After getting her out the door he proceeded to yell and was instigating fights with the guys protecting us. This is extremely poor ownership especially being that the pub has never had any kind of security, no bouncers or anything of that nature so why start tonight and why single me out?! I wasnt even drinking!! The bar was still full, packed actually so I think its bullshit. I refuse to support such poor ownership and will not be returning.

The service was really slow. The server informed us that it will be 30-45 min wait for food. I thought that was fine so we put in queso and guacamole for an appetizer. We had to flag down the sever to put in our entres and ask for refills. We didnt get out appetizer after 40 minutes! No reason it should take that long to throw cheese and guacamole in bowls. The wait for food would have been just fine if our drinks kept coming and appetizer didnt take soooo long. No reason for an appetizer to have that kind of ticket time. We cancelled our entres, paid and left. Oh and my second round of beer was wrong.

Had a bizarre experience eating at the restaurant. We came for a nice lunch, which was fine, but they were insisting only on their brunch menu. Again, fine, but two people were happily munching on a pizza, so clearly that wasnt true. Additionally the "brunch" offered a free beer, but my father-in-law and I got charged for our beer. So, average food, bad service. Theyre nice people, and the view is nice, but its not a destination place to eat unless youre coming from the river.

Poor mom. First of all the location on Web shows it being on the other side of Concord so it took a little bit to find it. Next food looked great but was cold. Apparently the heaters werent on for the trays. The place is dirty. Carpet was bad enough but couldnt you at least vacuum it for mom. View wasnt bad but the windows were grimy turned your stomach to look out them.

Our food was burnt to a crisp. I ordered fish tacos and there was no fish left because it was so overcooked. Awesome patio view, but the food was terrible. This is a great place to stop and get a few drinks if your out on the river, but not somewhere I would bring my family for dinner ever again.

The staff is always great! They have accommodated our after work get togethers. And the food is awesome...love me some pub chips! Location...if you have the wherewithall to get there, you end up on the banks of the Mississippi River. They have it all!

Very slow service, we had to wait more than an hour to get food (but they warned us so thats ok). Food was great and the beer selection is good. All in all a good place for drinking, less for eating.

This little place simply makes me happy-- they dont have a large beer selection- but the beer they have is fresh and they do have fresh summit on tap too! and the food is delicious too!

Nice casual place. Next to the river so a beer on the deck was a noce way to enjoy the afternoon early evening on a Sunday. Food was ok. Staff was great.
