I worked here over the whole summer of 2015, so I feel I can give a good evaluation. TL;DR I like it! The management at this place is great. The general manager Laura really loves her job and you can tell shes dedicated to the Noodles brand. The shift managers are a fun bunch and will do anything to make the customer satisfied. For as busy as the restaurant gets at times, its amazing that they can keep up. They try to get order out as fast as possible, especially after working in the kitchen I know that to be true. And if you ever dont like your dish, you can always ask for a "Satisfy" which theyll give you something else to try for free. Also from working in the kitchen, I know all of the ingredients they use are fresh. They make Noodles twice a day and the ingredients are prepared in the morning. My favorites were the Alfredo MonteAmore , the Japanese Pan and add steak, and the BBQ Pork mac(a secret menu item with Pork, BBQ sauce, and onion chips) for any of the dishes you dont like a particular ingredient, you can substitute it out for one that you do. For example if you dont like mushrooms in the Penne Rosa, you can sub it out for more tomatoes or any other vegetable. The rice crispies are pretty good and are made in restaurant twice a day. The overall restaurant decor is typical Noodles fashion. Some of the cushions are torn, but they wont replace them until they absolutely need to. I know that might turn people off, but they have many expensese that they need to pay for. Generally the restaurant is clean, but sometimes when it gets super busy its hard for the buser to keep up. Overall, I have an appreciation for this restaurant. The crew is hard working and friendly, the food is great, and the speed of service is fast. It was hard work, but at the end if the day I can be proud of the work that is put into this place. Id highly recommend this place.

So my family went to this location yesterday, Saturday may 14, and walked into an empty store which I thought seemed odd. When I started my order with spaghetti and meatballs I was told that they were out of spaghetti noodles! NOODLES AND COMPANY WAS OUT OF NOODLES. They were also out of penne noodles. I asked why somebody didnt just go get some and the cashier said that they had to get noodles from another location and that it wasnt going well. She also expressed to me that the two people, managers?, were not working well together. What has happened to our food service industry? This would have been shocking years ago but has become the norm.

Do NOT EAT HERE. WE FOUND A BUG IN OUR Penne Rosa dish. We contacted the manager immediately, who was very apologetic and she did offered our money back and a bowl card. But why would we want to come back. I have never in my life, found a bug in my food. We took photographs and I wish I could attach a photo. The bug was a large green beetle (that Ive never even seen in Minnesota) that was clearly cooked in the dish, which grosses me out even more. Extremely disturbed, as Noodles used to be one of my familys go-to restaurants, and have eaten at the chain many, many times. I will NEVER eat at Noodles again.

The Noodles in St. Louis Park and in Crystal are excellent, but avoid the Noodles in Maple Grove. The floors and tables are filthy, with lots of used napkins and straws laying around. Also, lots of disgusting food bits scattered all over the floir. CMon Noodles, whats so hard about performing basic restaurant housekeeping and keeping things clean?

Friendly staff, and the food is always perfect. I go to this location once or twice a week and have been for years, Ive only been disappointed once. The parking situation in this area is abysmal. Either youre parked right out front in a mess of cars, or you get to park way far away in the back lots.

Loved the customer service. Explained it was our first time at the establishment and kimber took the time to explain the menu and options. She even gave us her opinion on what to try. I will continue to drive to this location because of this kind of service. Oh yeah and the food was excellent.

My first Noodles & Company experience. The staff was friendly and the food is delicious! Five stars, but it looked like a cyclone hit their dining room. Im sure thats generally in better condition. Id love to return, and would recommend this to anyone who hasnt been :)

Favorite food ever! We come here at least once a week. I wouldnt get their potstickers though, they are flat and not worth the price. Everything else has always been amazing :) I order Alfredo montamore and the Mac and cheese with parmesan chicken. Delicious food!

An ok Noodles and Company. Popular with families and bus groups driving through town. The food is what you expect from a Noodles and Company, inexpensive family friendly noodle dishes. Fast service, but the seating area tends to be messy.

Kitchen was disgusting. The floor was covered in food. The cutting board looked like it sat out all day meanwhile they kept cutting meat on it and serving it. No station was cleaned or wiped down. Just as bad as Panera bread down the street.

I love Noodles & Co, and have had many greasy experiences. However, this particular location is dirty, the food came out undercooked, the order was not correct, and the people working there didnt carry themselves professionally at all.

A nice noodles restaurant with a Coke Freestyle machine (huge plus). The only drawback is that it is usually so busy that the only seating is in an odd back-room. The food is standard, predictable noodles. Very good.

Tofu done great, one time it was burnt, but this time it was great. Lunch time they handle it well. Holiday time, with little babes they get the food out quick for the hungry Babes. Staff friendly and outgoing.

Place is going down hill. Seats are all ripped, place is not dirty, but it doesnt feel clean either. Food is OK. But noodles and often overcooked. Update... Food came cold and shrimp was raw... Still grey.

Received uncooked food, sent it back, received more uncooked food. It also seems to be unclean, the tables are usually sticky, and the cushioned seats are ripped up. I do not plan on returning.

They can do buttered noodles pretty well, both of the other items I have tried (stroganoff and mac and cheese) made me actually sick to my stomach to the point of vomiting.

Always good food, the only reason for the 4 star rating is the new "Sriracha" sauce....its a garbage sauce and should be switched back to huy fong sauce.

Noodles is one of my favorite restaurants and this location is actually a lot faster at making your food than other locations in the Twin Cities.
