Wish I didnt have to give one star! Went thru the drive thru July 16 and spent 40 minutes in the drive thru. No joke. Got ALL the way home to find my food was wrong. Called and the staff was nice and good was replaced my next visit. Went back are inside. Asked for a mini beefy quesadilla with NO Chipotle sauce and a $1.39 nachos with cheese. Had to go back to the counter because my chips and cheese werent on the tray. Then I start to eat my quesadilla and theres Chipotle sauce on it. I specifically heard the cashier remind the person making the food no sauce. But there it was. The food was very sloppy and the staff at this location look very unkempt and the place is a wreck. The location in Altoona where we went first on the 16th said they was closed at 9 pm even tho the hours said 11. There were teenagers sitting on counters and looked like they were having a hell of a time. I always thought the Euclid store was nice and Hubbel was the yucky store but truth, I get better food and service on Hubbel!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. My boyfriend and I are both vegan and we asked for two seven layer burritos without sour cream or cheese, add potatoes. We were told that the were out of potatoes because they were closing in 15 minutes. Well this says they are open until 2am so how were we supposed to know? So we decided to skip the potatoes and they added extra beans instead with no extra charge. Got our food and opened our burritos and they both had sour cream on them! Couldnt take it back because they were closed at that point. That was literally our only food option at 12am and seeing as how the only thing I have eaten all day is a salad, Im pretty angry right now. So now I have to endure our two hour ride back to Omaha hungry as hell where I am going to go to one of our Taco Bells that are open until 4:30am. Its a Friday night and youre gonna close at 12? Bullshit.

I went through the drive thru. They messed up my order so I had to go back, wasting my time and gas. The inside was absolutely filthy. I didnt get my food replaced for free even though I brought back the messed up order and the item is only $1.06 after tax. The Taco Bell in my home town would have refunded my money, remade my food, and gave me a free order of cinnamon twists. The same woman helped me both times. She was playing candy crush on her tablet at the front counter while I was talking to her. She was very rude. She didnt smile and didnt thank me. I told her "have a nice day" and she didnt respond to it. The food I bought for my kids was not good. We ended up throwing away most of it. My kids love Taco Bell, but we will never go back to this location ever again.

Shown up three times in seven days at around 11:40pm all three times was told they close at midnight even tho hours posted and the website says 2am first of the three was told was out of beef and would take 40 minutes to make more lady at drive thru gave off impression of wanting me to leave and not order the second time was told that they were out of beef chicken and steak as well as nacho cheese thats about all the menu right there off the list then tonight for the third try pull up two cars in front of me its 11:47pm am told that the car in front of me was the last one there serving wtf... this is one loyal customer you have lost for good. Side note dont say your open till 2am when your not people who work nites dont have time to deal with this kind of crap

i am writing this review on behalf of a friend of mine (whose identity shall remain anonymous) who visited your drive through earlier this evening. She waited in your drive through for 45 minutes to an hour. An hour!! Who in their right mind makes their customers wait an hour at a drive through? You are a fast food restaurant. You are supposed to serve customers food in less than 2 minutes. Its okay to wait 5 minutes but 45?! Thats just absurd. Hope corporate reads these reviews and does something about this. If I was CEO theyll be no way anyone would be waiting and being blocked this long in a drive thru. PLEASE FIX THIS!! You dont even deserve this one star rating.

Where to start.... We walked in and there was rap music playing in the dining room. Thats a first! Im not talking Top 40 Hits rap thats popular - Im talking street rap. Lovely. The man who took our order couldnt explain to me what was in the crunch wrap. When we ordered, we asked for no sour cream and the order taker said, "Uhhh....oookkk..." like it was a new request, never been asked for before. It took nearly 15 minutes to get our 4 tacos and mine was nasty, like it had been sitting around for a week. Never ever again will I eat at this establishment (they dont even get a "restaurant" term). Oh...and did I mention this was my first time EVER at a Taco Bell? Ew.

Nothing about my experience was good . I only came inside because my first visit they didnt give me everything I paid for. All I wanted was a burrito supreme and I had to wait over 26 minutes. The seating area was full and no one was eating. They were all waiting on their order. Everyone was frustrated. One person came in because they didnt get their order either as they went in the drive thru and stood at the counter facing two employees and they wouldnt even greet her! Two employees are standing around watching. Worst experience EVER!!!

If zero stars were an option theyd get it. Ive been in taco bells across the country. This was the single worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant bar none. Went in at breakfast time, The bathroom was filthy, the entirety of the stall was covered in what appeared to be day old human waste. The people working the store both smelled like they hadnt showered in a month, and when I informed the manager about the bathroom, his response was, "whatever, not my problem." I turned around and walked out without even ordering.

I have always got poor customer service from here! I came here one night for chalupas and they told me they didnt have any! I came back the next day and told a manager and she told me they have chalupas and the night I came that were lazy managers! She was nice. Her name was patty or Pam. Another time I came at around 11 and they had no taco meet beef! All of the employees were rude. An African American female i On the drive thru head set was horrible.i wont be back to this location.

Employees very rude absolutely need new staff I waited 45 minutes in drive true to get my food. I stopped at other taco bell at 22nd Clive ia time said open until 10pm but when I reach their at 9pm it was close and cashier saw me but never answer me. If you guys out there traveling never stop at des monies taco bell. this one on East Euclid ave is very disgusting place Nasty food. Taco Bell was my favorite food but after this experience i change my mind.
