DOWN RIGHT TERRIBLE!!! Ordered 2 pizzas, breads ticks and 16 wings. Out of the 4 items they only got the breadsticks right. 1st pizza: medium supreme with buttery garlic crust. I didnt get my buttery garlic crust. 2nd pizza: large chicken Alfredo with no spinach stuffed crust with buttery garlic crust. They got the buttery garlic crust correct but they still decided to put the spinach on. 16 wings: 16 wings and what looked to be 4 table spoons of sauce. Is it seriously that difficult to get a customers order correct? Especially when they are paying over $50 like I did. Im very upset and I have tried to get a hold of customer care and they have not gotten back to me (probably wont for a while). I will no longer be ordering from this store in the future. Id rather drive the 7-9 mile round trip to Altoona and wait 10-20 minutes there instead of getting my order messed up. By the looks of all the other reviews its better off just to close the place down or hire on better employees who are more customer oriented. I understand for delivery if it takes a while on the weekend but getting 1 out of 4 things correct, down right terrible.

I placed an order at 12:10 PM. I received a phone call, from somewhere out of state, whom stated that my payment with my card declined and they were canceling my order. So, I called the store to find out why the payment declined (since there was nothing wrong with my card or account). The girl who answered was super rude when I asked why it declined, and when I asked if we could run the payment again she made a long, dran out sigh. When I called them, it was at 12:20 PM. It is now 1:42 PM, and I still have no pizza. After I get my pizza today (if it ever shows up) I will never be ordering from this store again. Horrible customer service. I understand getting busy in a fast food joint, and getting annoyed with orders or customers, however there is such thing as being kind to the customer who started out kind. The fate lies in the workers attitude; dont give customers attitude when there was none given by the customer, and you will continue to receive their orders and gratitude.

Horrible experience!! As soon as I called, the woman was very rude. Did not seem interested at all in taking my order. If you dont like your job dont work there!! They took down my address wrong. They got my order wrong. When I called to complain they had me on hold for 15 mins. I hung up and called back and they had an attitude as if I did something to them. Then they kept telling me what I said in my order. I know what I ordered. Then she took my order again after she talked to someone in the background still accusing me of saying something different in my order. She was very condescending. Just completely rude. If I didnt know any better it sound as if she was doing it on purpose. To top it off she still sent out the wrong order and the repeated questioned condiments I asked for. Never will I order from this pizza hut again until they get new staff!!!!

Horrible! Placed my order waited an hour before I called to see what was taking so long. After being on hold for seven minutes they told me it would be another hour before it would be delivered. Are you kidding me? The manager did email us with apologies and send us free pizza coupons (which we used at a different pizza hut location.) UPDATE!!!! Seven months after our bad experience with this Pizza Hut location we gave it another try. They once again took over an hour and the second pizza we ordered was so burnt it ruined my day. Luckily, after we called and complained corporate called us back and gave us two free pizzas. Hopefully they get things worked out with the manager and staff of this location because we do like Pizza Hut, just not this one.

Ordered food online, failed to receive a phone call to let me know it would be two hours plus before my food would arrive. Thats kind of an important detail. Also, when we called to cancel our order after an hour, the woman on the phone said "No, you ordered it 40 minutes ago." I then checked my email confirmation I received and confirmed that yes, it was about 55 minutes prior to that call that I had ordered my pizza. Terrible service and lying to a customer, not a good way to do business. Nothing against Pizza Hut in General though. I very much enjoy the service of the Pizza Hut on Euclid near MLK.

Got 2 pizzas last night, a supreme and a chicken with alfredo sauce. They were the most disgusting pizzas I have ever ate in my life!!!!! I would have much rather ate a rotten frozen pizza, a tombstone would have been 10 times better!!!!! They virtually had no toppings on them, and what little toppings they did have were disgusting!!!! I normally love pizza hut and the toppings are fresh and plentiful, not the case tonight. The one in Ankeny is the best. I will never ever order from the one on Hubbell again!!!! If they are a franchise, they need to have it revoked!!!!!!

Worst experience ever...placed an order online at 11:08am, pizza was delivered cold at 2:39pm. No call to let us know. I understand that it snowed today but this was ridiculous. Pizza Hut HQ needs to check the reviews out on this store they are terrible with delivery orders. Maybe if they had a decent leader in the building but obviously the current manger is clueless or does not care...either way they should consider a different line of work outside of the customer service field.

I ordered pizza today at 1050 this morning and got told it would be an hour. Now 3 hours and 10 min later still no pizza and get told that there is no delivery drivers at that store. Then if my card got charged it will take 3 to 4 days for it to be put back on there. Cant even talk to a manager because no one is answerING its going to the call center. Worse experience I have had with pizza hut.

Horrible horrible I ordered 40 worth of food for delivery just to have to bring the pizza roght back as I ordered a taco pizza and got a lettece pizza. The manager was worthless had no idea what to say or do to fix the issue. Didnt offer to at the very least refund my delivery fee after i ended up having to come get my pizza anyways. This will be the last time I order from pizza hut.

If I could do Zero stars I would. Made us wait on hold for over half an hour. When they finally answered after calling again several times, they got the order wrong. When we showed up to pick up our order they had not even started making the Pizza yet. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GET DOMINOS.

I ordered 2 medium pizza with no crust flavor the other day, they send me 2 medium pizza with garlic butter flavored crust. This was the second time my order was made wrong, and last time they did the same thing and gave me garlic butter crust, the pizzas on top of that tasted awful.

Worst pizzas ever, we hadnt tried them in over a year but thought it was time for another chance. What a waste of money. Pizzas had absolutely no taste if my eyes were closed I wouldnt even realize it had mushroom or green peppers on it. Barely any cheese and very little sauce.
