I usually dont do negative reviews (or any at all), but this really just ticks me off. I only order two things from this place - soup and bread. How hard is this to order?? Issues: - people cant remember what was said two seconds before when talking to each other - bread never shows up at the end when checking out (I have to ask for it and remind them?) - is it THAT hard to remember I got a bowl or cup? - its chili, not a chalito Seriously, I feel bad for the person running the show and for the incompetent employees who cant figure out how to remember. If they cant remember - write it down? Ordering soup and bread should not be this difficult. In response to user *Ida*: Quality Control is not working because this has happened numerous visits and I dont go often. In fact, I stopped going there for lunch for that reason. A few times, I have gotten to the check out register and I just get a blank stare; where I then have to tell them I ordered a bowl of soup. That is not confirmation of an order. There is a disconnect in the ordering process no doubt.

I really like Potbellys but this specific location has gotten some part of my order wrong the last 3 times Ive been in. They seem very disorganized and I usually get great customer service at Potbellys but not this location. They always seem to be completely out of something. When asked if they have a certain kind of cookie they say "were out" and other locations literally have made fresh batches just because they were out and customers were asking for them. Go to Potbellys but I would skip this location.

If you are looking for fast maybe go somewhere else. The staff seem to be a lot of teenagers who would rather chat then keep track of people in the store or standing in line. The computer trouble Im willing to forgive but making guests wait to order, wait for them to finish their inventory check and wait for them to put soup in the hot holder... Firehouse subs is just down the road and so is subway. I think potbelly needs to step it up.

Its easy to be frustrated at this---but I do believe that they ask you what your order was at the end of the line to confirm, not to really know. They want to make sure they have your right order so you dont walk out with the wrong thing. Its quality control. It can be annoying to repeat the same thing I agree, but its their way of making sure you leave happy.

I was the only customer, middle of the day. The gal working just stood there for taking my order, never smiled. I got three sandwiches to go. She gave me a bag. Didnt put the sandwiches in. Walked away. I think she said thank you. The sandwiches were stingy on meat from what I recall in the past. So much bread, good bread but I dont want to go back.

Nearly every employee at this location has just a terrible attitude every time I come in. I dont expect sunshine and rainbows but the short and stand-offish demeanor I could do without. No complaints about the food.

Nom. This location is great. The staff here give zero fs and dont need to be stressed. Every visit theyre laid-back and t theres something Charming about that. I order a Big Italian with double meat on wheat. Peace.

Awesome sandwiches but they have seemed to make there peppers a bit too spicy. The used to be"medium" but now are"hot" and tend to overpower the sandwich. Plenty of drink options.

Dont come here after 8:15pm. I guess thats too close to closing time to get complete sentences out of the employees, or really anything other than snark and eye rolling.

I love the Italian sandwich. The fresh batch cookies are also a favorite. The self serve soda dispenser has both Pepsi and Coke products... Unusual.

They tend to skimp on mayo (and I dont like mayo that much and Im saying that!) Just ask for some on the side, and everything is perfect :)
