The waiter was very phony the entire time and never let up on trying to push wine sales or jacking up the bill with random add-ons. While understand how sales work, it was incredibly excessive and kept interrupting our table conversation. I ordered a five cheese Ziti al forno which I normally enjoy but this time around the dish was pretty bad. I ended up eating plain noodles basically because everything on top was overdone. The chicken in the soup was not cut up at all so I was basically eating hunks of meat instead of bite size pieces. To top it all off, I ordered a drink at the very beginning of the evening. I didnt receive this drink until the end of dessert because he said the bartenders printer bike down. While I can be understanding, they didnt comp my drink or apologize in anyway. I also wanted to use a coupon for $10 off my order which early met the total requirement. They refused to use the coupon despite .he asking why not. Im so discouraged by this last visit, and considering how high their prices have gotten, Ill just go to Biaggis next time!

We used to love this place. However, I changed my opinion tonight. There was a waiting line and I waited for my turn. The headwaiter directly asked the couple behind me to be seated. They politely reminded her that I was in front. She then asked us who came earlier. Of course it was me. She did not even bother to look at me. Very strange and cold!!! She did not even bother to apologize to me. After we finished dinner, and I ask for change for $20. The waiter was insisting to give me back 2 $10 bill instead 5 ones +... It was only $36 dinner. She is expecting $10 tip?!! Well if we are served politely and warmly, I will consider. However, it really bothered me that she expect this much for such a poor/OK service! I still left more than 15% just because she was an old woman. I will never come back to this place or I may consider complain directly to the manager!

I experienced the most attentive service ever. Her name was Jennifer K and she was amazing. I have had my fair share of poor service at Olive Garden, but my visit on 3/21/12 was perfect! Our server was on top of everything. She was so polite to my children and very attentive to their likes! For example: She brought the salad to our table and realized they went straight for the olives! She then went and got a side of olives for them to share! NOW THATS GOOD SERVICE! Our food was hot and I could tell she brought it out right when it was done! I really enjoyed her bright personality and it made a heck of a difference on my opinion of Olive Garden. To the Manager at Olive Garden, Jenifer K. is a keeper! Thanks for you fantastic Customer Service. It is truely hard to find good C.S. these days! Thanks to her, my daughter enjoyed her Birthday Dinner!

Our server was Darren (Darien?). I apologize if I am misspelling his name! Regardless, he was attentive, polite, welcoming, and made really great and humorous suggestions. I ordered the unlimited soup and salad because I love their Zuppe de Tuscano. I sprung for the new bread stick dipping sauce they have and it was amazing. My spouse ordered spaghetti with meatballs and Italian sausage. We both spoiled ourselves by ordering a glass of their red house wine: Roscato. We had a sample of it last time we were there and we were very impressed with how sweet and smooth it is. After the meal, we did the crazy thing and ordered dessert. Our eye was caught by the chocolate caramel lasagna and our server really recommended it.

Will never go her again. We were seated right away and then sat there for 10 minutes before we got up and left. While we were sitting there we witnessed 3 serving staff just standing around talking & goofing off. They made eye contact with us, but didnt acknowledge us. When we walked out, we told the hostess that we waiting for 10 minutes and no one came to help us & one of the serving staff who saw us sitting at our table was up at the front just talking & asked us where we were sitting & I told her, you know, you saw us & didnt even go find our server. Neither one apologized just gave us a dirty look. I take clients there a lot for lunch but will no longer do that. We will go to Bucca instead.

I attempted to call ahead and make reservations this past weekend, after wading through their automated system I reached the hostess. Upon asking to make reservations for two, I was greeted with a groan and then told that I should make them online as she was too busy. I told her that if I was able to make them online at the time that I wouldnt have bothered calling her. She sighed again and reluctantly ageeed, however after that unpleasant interaction I had lost my appetite for Olive Garden and decided to take my plans elsewhere.

5 of my oldschool friends and I went to Lunch at the Maple Grove Olive Garden. We were treated with courtesy and friendliness. Relaxing atmosphere no rushing. But most important to me is the fact is I have food allergies and several people came and took time to figure out what I could eat. They made the most delicious soup for me. I want to thank them so very much for saving my live by this above and beyond gesture. God bless them and their establishment and families. Thank you again Marie

Had to give one star because there is no option for zero. Food was poorly prepared, and the waitstaff was ambivalent. When the mgr finally came over after inappropriately hitting on a table of high school girls, he said that in the future we should ask for "ken" to make sure that things were ok next time. I cannot think of any reason that you should have to ask for someone to be sure that your meal is correct. Avoid this place.

I honestly hate olive garden. Its posh, overpriced, gross food, generally rude staff, and not always thoroughly cleaned. Except this one. I took my mother here for mothers day. Some things held true, posh, and overpriced. But our server and all other employees were amazing. I gave like a 40% tip. It was worth it. The food wasnt my favourite but they made eating it painless. Yes I want cheese in my veggie soup! Thank you.

First off I feel as if the prices keep going up and the quality and portions keep going down. Ive eaten at this olive garden twice now and the first time we had a hair in our food and our second time we had mediocre service. The old lady darn near threw the check at us, never asked for refills on anything. For the price I feel like there are much more superior establishments in the area.
