Horrible. There was an employee and a manager there that got into a screaming match. How the manager handled that was unacceptable. The employee had unacceptable behavior as well. But when I called back later after leaving, I asked for the district managers phone number and the manager who got into the screaming match with the employee argued with me over the phone, saying "You dont know what he said to me. You would react like I did too if he said that to you." I asked what he said and he told me it was none of my business. I had to ask several times for the district managers phone number. He tried placing the blame on me too and said "So youre going to ruin my day because of that employee who constantly causes problems." No ownership whatsoever for his behavior. He instead placed the blame on the employee and me, the customer. And when I told him I didnt appreciate his tone and that he was being rude, he told me "Youre the one being rude to me!" After several calm attempts at asking for the district managers phone number, he finally gave me it, but not before trying to say he would just call me back later and give me it later. I left a voicemail for her explaining what happened. I visited that store on Thursday June 2nd, 2016 between 4 and 5 pm. I will not go back to that store again nor would I recommend my family, friends, or anyone to go there. That manager had terrible customer service skills, terrible anger management, and just terrible manager skills altogether. It was unprofessional and I did not feel safe or welcome there.

This was a horrible "fast" food experience. It was by no means fast. Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes only to receive no utensils for the biscuits and gravy only one order of hash browns (we should have had four), incorrect drinks( we had ordered only orange juice), and missing 3 sandwiches. I spent over $30 and the cashier was snotty and completely unapologetic. She told me to sign my receipt and handed me a dead pen. I sent it back and told her it was dead and she rudely handed me a counterfeit checking pen....I dug in my purse and luckily had a working pen. I havent had Burger King in so long but talked my kids into going there because the breakfast was awesome.....we will not be returning to Burger King any time soon. I recommend new employees or new management at that location. There were four other vehicles of people that had to return inside for incorrect orders. One woman stormed out angrily because they ignored her and she was trying to place an order inside the location. Some upper management should really consider closing this location until something can be figured out.

Waited in the drive through for 5 minutes. Finally walked in. They said the drive through was out of order but no one put up a sign. That should have been my clue to leave. I went inside to order and told them I and two other cars had been waiting in the drive through. They said they knew it. The headset wouldnt work for some reason. I then ordered 2 fish sandwiches, a grilled chicken sandwich with no mayo, chicken fries and a medium fry. Didnt seem that difficult. After standing at the counter for 40 minutes and listening to how the orders werent showing up on the displays in the kitchen, I finally got the order. Sandwiches were sloppily wrapped, and there was mayo on the grilled chicken. When I got it home, the grilled chicken want hot through anyway, so I threw it away. I will never return to that Burger King, and probably not to any Burger King. The did was soggy and putrid. They need to shut that place down!

Waited in the drive threw line for like ten minutes while the guy in front of me was yelling at them for messing up his order. Then got my 2 chicken rodeos, 10 nugget and 6 nugget kids meal. Opened the bag I got one regular rodeo (that I had to wait an extra 2 minutes for) I got a chicken Rodeo with lettuce and mayo (for some reason) got only 5 nuggets in the kids meal. 4 of my ten piece nuggets were stuck together and when I pulled them apart had that nasty uncooked chicken slim on them. No napkins, no BBQ sauce. The did at least give my kid hot fries and milk was decently cold (that atleast got them the one star:) Ill remember your faces trashy over weight white girls behind the counter!! Ill remember you and if I ever see you protesting for $15 an hour, oh... Youre for sure going to be getting two double middle fingers for me!! Thats for sure :)

First let me apologize to anyone having had poor service in the past. Even though I have been here for a short time I know that this is not something our Owner, the brand, our Market Manager and the majority of all BK employees world wide want to see when reading our reviews. I cannot promise that we will not have our share of off days for any number of reasons or even make mistakes in hiring occassionally. What I can promise is that we appreciate each and every one of our guests and that I the General Manager and or any one of the people above me will correct any behaviors of foul language, rude employees etc. immediately and do what we can to make it right.

At 10 PM on a Monday, I sat in the drive thru looking over the menu, I looked forward the drive thru a curious if they were still own. I noticed an arm sticking out the window waving for me to move forward. He said I got the sensor but then deactivated it... So I couldnt look at the menu and place my order at the same time? This location seems to have aged ungracefully and is in need of renovations. The gentleman that took my order was very nice and was able to get most of my order right. I had to repeat a few things before he had it all down.

I love Burger King, but the owner(s) are not giving the tools to staff that would make this restaurant successful. Food is good, but 1)ketchup machine are out of order, 2) soft drink machines spit water and syrup, 3) the ice cream machine is broken, the (very nice) play area is dirty, 4) with only about 5 customers in the building and drive-in traffic, it took 15 minutes before our order was taken. Sad. The manager on duty, a pleasant man, is overwhelmed, with two other workers and one newby in training.

Piss poor service couldnt even follow a simple request (two request ) actually plus they apparently dont know how to pick up their feet. Very disappointed in the way the store is ran currently this location is the worst in the dsm area! Note to employees an management there. do your damn job its not the hood or gangster meeting in the store act professional in stead of talking to the customers like theyre a friend or relative.

Wrong food then right food cold and hard. Unapologetic and paid full price for everything. Terrible. Play place closed. Cashier sticking her tongue ring in and out of her mouth while taking our order. Cant say enough bad About this visit. I generally will not post negative reviews as I ha EA worked in restaurants but as a retail store manager this was beyond bad.
