When they stopped using the slogan "Have it your way" Im pretty sure it became "Have it any way we decide to give it to you." at least at this location. Im sick of ordering no mustard or no tomato and it being ignored. Complaining is useless as they apologize and say "well make sure that doesnt happen again if you come back", so if you want to custom order something go somewhere else. If youre fine with it not being what you ordered, you will surely be fine with their food as it tastes like normal BK fare. If you have a child that will refuse to eat something because they put mustard on it yet again, prepare to make something else when you get home.

I want leave negative star cause this location the had a child behind the counter and he was just freely walking around and putting hands on everything and touching his face and hair and then grabbing stuff, I just want to let everyone out there know that this is going on. Not sure why the Manger was ok with this happening but someone needs to EXPLAIN to this guy it is not ok to have a 10 year behind the counter, if someone had to come to work and didnt have a babysiter that is fine but he should be in the office or out in the lobby. Just saying

Person behind the counter was not very attentive, couldnt speak up, and wouldnt engage in the conversation. Food was okay. The reason I am giving only two stars is because there was no place to change my daughters diaper in the mens room. The sink was too small to set her fully on there. I did my best, but ultimately had to finish getting her diaper on, on the floor. It is 2016 for fs sake! How can there not be a place to change a kid in the mens bathroom?!

We were there after 9:00 p.m. and the dining area looked like it had not been tended to for some time. Sat at the cleanest dirty table. Doesnt matter if the food is 5 star, if you eat at a dirty table it ruins the meal. The drink station was really a mess and still was when we left a half hour later. There was only one other customer there so its not like at least one team member couldnt have made a quick swipe through the room.

Had about a 15 min wait at the drive thru but they gave me some tater tots for FREE just because of the wait! This is how you provide customer service folks! Realize there is a problem and make up for it immediately before I even have a chance to complain! Nice!

This BK location is nicer than some of the other BKs. A big drawback has been the quality of food unfortunately. I have not been overly-enamored with what I have received. However, the children did enjoy the hot dogs.
