I felt like having a burrito for lunch today so I headed in for one. It’s been awhile since I’ve been to this Location and let me tell ya, What a change of scenery. I Got there @ 11:05 just after they opened and it looked like they just closed up shop and left without doing anything the night before. The floors where dirty, tables needed to be cleaned, I didn’t even want to eat at the table because the place was disgusting, they had no ice in the ice machine. The staff were slow and what little meat that I did get in my burrito had a lot of fat. All and all I will not be returning to this place as It was 100% better prior to the I.N.S. going through all Chipotle’s and sending everyone home… McDonalds Corp. now replaced everyone with inadequate staff that are lazy. I say bring back the old crew that actually cared for the job they did.

Big Change in management. Terrible service, even worse manager - non responsive. Music super loud, ordered a regular quesadilla, when got to the registered, they charged me for a chicken quesadilla. Requested the cashier not to charge me for something I didnt order. The cashier, wiith terrible manners, not only did not express regret, she just ripped the receipt, then my credit card from my hand. Then she started blaming me for the wrong order. Asked to talked to the manger - and she asked my why I would want to talk to the manager, blaming me again for the wrong order! After showing my anger, the manager finally came. He did not help at all - just asked me not to make a fuzz in order not to incommodate other guests. HUGE CHANGE FROM PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Extra slow at lunchtime. Parking is a mess. Food is what you would expect from Chipotle. The line for lunch though can be long and slow even relative to most Chipotle. It isnt the volume of people, it is just slow. The line will outright stop for 5 min at a time with nobody moving, paying. Waiting 20+ minutes in line for lunch with customers giving up and leaving is common. Constant staff turnover / being short staffed seems to be a thing at this location. The parking lot is super small so expect to be parking on the other side of Bremerhaven Bank at lunchtime. Outside of the lunch rush it is all good.

Very impressive experience. After all the bad press, this location clearly has stepped up their game. The line was long but moved quickly. The service was friendly and efficient. My fully loaded carnitas bowl was very well constructed with some of the better carnitas and veggies Ive ever eaten at any Chipotle. Washed down with a Corona and lime, lunch doesnt get much better. The place was being constantly cleaned and stocked by an employee who asked how my meal was. 5 stars for sure. Great job guys!

My girlfriend was in there today, around 2 P.M. The employee who checked her out, decided that Instead of handing her the change back, that it would be okay to drop the change from a distance and and to watch it disperse everywhere. He then proceeded to "clean" the food line with a dirty rag. However I wouldnt call it cleaning though as he was flinging the old food on the line table right back into the new food. Very disgusting

Not usually here for lunch on a weekday and i am plesantly surprised. The line went very fast with great customer service by Trey. The restaurant was clean and well stocked. The ice machined ran out and was filled immediately when i brought it the Treys attention. Chicken cooked perfectly and chips were great. This location continues to value and train employees. Obviously a great leader at the helm in Tony. Thanks.

Great food, probably my favorite fast-casual restaurant. The service is kind for the most part and seating is good. My main problem is the service speed though, causing lines that go around the interior of the restaurant. Chipotle restaurants are notorious for their line length and popularity, but this location is especially bad. Its best to come here during non-rush hours, like 1:30 to 5:30, and 8:00 to close.

Walked into Plymouth location today with employees arguing instead of serving customers. The girl who was arguing that she couldnt say anything without her co- workers getting offended, then came and gave me a fake smile as she slopped my Chicken bowl together...poor customer service, tension in the work place, unprofessional employees. Chipltle better step it up or they are going to get boycotted...

Freaking hated my experience today!! They ran out of everything including Guac & it was only 3 in the afternoon. Not to mention they drenched my bowl in sour cream. I didnt even get to enjoy my meal. Plus (some ) of the girls who work there were very rude about me being disappointed in them not having Guac... Never again will I spend my money here.

Chipotle is delicious like always. If you like burritos or Mexican food, Id recommend trying Chipotle to experience food made from good ingredients! This location is usually busy but the workers are fast and efficient. The parking lot is a bit of nightmare so Id recommend parking in the big lot behind the bank (old Ruby Tuesday lot) if driving here.

This chipotle is constantly terrible. Tonight for instance they had no cilantro, no corn salsa, didnt have rice prepared for when they ran out and half the time the rice isnt even cooked through. It is disorganized and the worst chipotle I have ever gone too. I recommend finding a different chipotle than this one even if it takes an extra 20 mins.

horrible employees. I speak a little Spanish and the workers were saying insanely rude things about me & my friends. went here at 8:30 (so the restaurant wouldnt be closing for another hour and a half) me & my friend ordered burrito bowls. NOT EVEN HALF a scoop of rice. barely anything. unprofessional and horrible service. lost 2 customers

I was so amazed to see the performance and cleanliness of this Chipotle. I had a bad experience with Chipotle when I was younger and I vowed never to step foot in this establishment. This was my first time going back and I chose this prestigious location now Im in love with the (COCO) Chipotle burrito! Thanks Vickburg location!

I love Chipotle, and most of them are great. This particular location is consistently slow. EXTREMELY slow! It doesnt matter when you go, or how busy they are, they are SLOW SLOW SLOW! They just seem very disorganized behind the counter. Not to mention the parking lot is a complete cluster$$$$.

The staff here is fantastic and very friendly. They are constantly keeping this place clean, so you know they care. The food is fresh and they make sure they do it right for you. I love coming here and yes, they do know my name . Not all Chipotles are like this one! They are my favorite one.

I want to give this place five stars, I really do, but sometimes the line moves so slow that people talk to me about how slow its going. I dont really want to have that discussion, so the fact that it has happened more than once but never anywhere else has forced my hand here.

I ordered my burrito in advance. Showed up a couple minutes before the time that I designated for pick up. When I went to go eat my burrito was stone cold. My work is across the road so there was not enough time for it to get that cold. Not warm at all! Pretty disappointed.
