Have ordered pizza delivered 5 or 6 times, pizza is usually very good if you dont mind 45-60 minute delivery times. Our most recent order will be our last though. The pizza had large patches of burnt cheese and we had a problem with the driver. I have always tipped $2 or more, usually added on in the cart when ordering online. If I forget to add it to the order I hand cash to the driver. This order I had missed the tip on the order because I was on my phone browser in a store. She arrived a couple minutes before I got home, so my wife met her at the door. She was instantly confrontational and said she had been here a few times with no tip and the $1 delivery fee didnt cover the gas to drive here. My wife signed the receipt and handed it back, and the driver continued to complain about a tip and held our pizza back and to the side. My wife demanded our pizza and the driver shoved it at her and walked off. This was when I arrived home. Having no idea about the previous interaction, I walked up to the driver as she was returning to her car. The first thing I said was "did my wife give you a tip?" suspecting no as she doesnt have cash. I had $2.50 ready in my hand that I handed over as soon as she said no. Instead of a thanks I got a short lecture on tipping and how the $1 delivery fee doesnt cover her cost of gas. I just stood there confused as she drove off. Ive delivered pizzas for several places in the past, and her gas commission is NOT the customers responsibility. Worst delivery Ive ever gotten anywhere. Still gets 3 stars because the pizza is usually really good.

Im sorry to say this used to be my favorite pizza joint. We always had it delivered when we lived in town and it was beyond awesome. Even though the price was a little high, the quality and taste made it worth it. I took my family there the other night and my oldest was very excited. But when we got our plates and silverware it looked like they washed them in the garbage can. Sauce, cheese and grease on all of the dishes! The table was only partially washed and there was pizza crust on the table from the last customers. While waiting over 45 minutes for our food and only getting one refill for drinks we were entertained by the drunken lady at the bar talking about her love life very loudly in front of my children. I am beyond disappointed with this place and will be sure to let all my friends and family know to never eat there again! Horrible, nasty and obnoxious and rude! Not a family place. Not a place to eat, ever!

food was pretty good. honestly very good.. atmosphere was lacking. I think they are working to something good though. however our party of 13 (which took up half the dining section) was pretty well ignored all night. no one got more than one glass and she was never back. for a party where good tips could have been made I was shocked. but she much preferred talking to people at the bar. for the price range and service, probs will not return.

Their pizza is ok, but if you plan to eat at the restaurant, be prepared for terrible service. Apparently if you become a "regular", the service improves a little. I would rather spend my time and money in a restaurant where the waitress doesnt roll her eyes when you ask a question, or walk away without acknowledging your request for a drink or refill.

Wise Guys PIZZA is amazing.... My family eats here all the time... If you have plans on eating here during the dinner rush your wait maybe a little longer than average.... Otherwise it is usually about 20 - 30 min wait for pizza. Hoaggies are really good too! Stop in and check them out!!!!

The service is SLOW. It takes them 45 minutes to an hour to deliver a mile away. Ive never had a great experience with them... The food is great as long as you can put up with the slow unfriendly service... I really hope they change...

I go there for the lunch buffet sometimes. For a little over $8 you cant complain. The pizzas are good and so is the salad bar. The wait staff does a great job and has a great attitude.
