I will never come back unless they make a major change. I usually dont waste time to write a review but it was horrible there. I would give negative stars if it let me. Up until just a couple years ago my family would come here at least once a month. After we sat down I noticed the table was dirty and Abbi the waitress was standing right there to take an order for drinks and I told here the table was dirty. She apoligized but didnt do anything about it. When she came back with our drinks her tray was half full of some kind of liquid and the straws were in it. She then dumped the liquid off here tray right in front of the table so we had to step in it when we got up. Then my whole family had to pick the wet paper off our straws piece by piece. When she took our order I asked here how many wings come in the $8.45 chicken wing basket and she told us 10 so I ordered it. We got our wings and fries after about 10 minuites and there were only 8 and they were the smallest wings i have ever seen and completely dried out. It was disgusting. She never asked how they were. I would have forgiven this place if we had enjoyed our pizza becuase we always have loved the pizza here. After all, it is called PIZZA PUB. Well we got the bacon cheeseburger pizza that i have ordered 50 times before in the past and was pretty disappointing. It was thin and small and had no bacon on it. The crust tasted like they used play-doh. There was very little flavor of any kind. They completely changed the way they make this pizza and it doesnt come close to resembling a cheeseburger. I grabbed the jar of pepper flakes and it almost slipped out of my hands becuase it was so full of somebody elses greasy finger prints so i wipped it off. I had to shake the jar pretty hard to get anything to come out the the top came off and the jar emptied onto my plate and the table. Abbi came back and asked how we were doing just a minute later and didnt see what happened. My wife had to call here attention to the huge mess right in front of her and she said sorry, I will clean it up when youre done. She took the empty jar of pepper flakes and left. She didnt even return with a new jar of pepper. Do you expect me to pick pepper flakes off the table for flavoring the rest of my meal? We got our check about 10 minutes after finishing. If the manager sees this please consider my strong opinion that whatever was changed with the food and service in the last two years it needs to be changed back. It clearly isnt working and you are going to loose more and more valuable local customers if you keep this up.

Rude pregnant bartender. I showed up to pick up a pizza that I ordered on the phone. So when I got there I sat down at the bar was going to buy some pull tabs and pick up my pizza. The bartender asks what I will have and I said Im here to pick up a pizza. She then tells me that I have to go stand next to the cash register at the other end of the bar to get my pizza instead of her getting it. This blew me away the fact that I couldnt sit at the bar to get my pizza and the fact that she thought she was too good to go get it for me or at least let someone know I was there to get it. It takes a special kind of person to screw up a sale that is already made all she had to do was take the money AKA do her job. Unfortunately this person doesnt realize that in the business of customer service and sales. Customer service comes first regardless of the position you hold thats what makes it work. without you have nothing. This is a company that relies on word of mouth recommendations. Someone should inform her how that works! I told her to cancel the order and left. I live in town and eat there regularly and I will no longer recommend them and will not go back if that is the way they think they should act.

Well given that our choices are limited, living in this little hick town of North Branch, Ive tried their food at least 3-4 different times in hopes of it improving. But bottom line is, its filler food. Theres no originaliity, there is no flavor, its simply a blob of food thrown together without anything meriting the expertise of a real bonified chef. Im sure its high school kids taking pre-made food out of the freezer and heating it up or attempting to grill a "frozen meat patty" in contrast to a real burger out of fresh farm fed cattle, hand tossed and seasoned to perfection. Ugh why do I live in this town where our options consist of the Pizza Pub, Oak Inn or McDonalds???

Each time I have gone to Pizza Pub, I vow to not return. I had to meet up with friends, so had no choice last Friday. It was homecoming in town , lots of people, you would think they would be prepared. Arrived at 4:15pm, 2 tables were empty in the bar, both were dirty. I waited at one and told the waiter, he said he would come back and clean, and did not, nor did the next waitress. Bathrooms are always filithy, and need updates. I have contacted the managers/owners, numerous times, with a concern and once I wanted to reserve a few tables, none of which they ever called or followed up on. Customer service is poor from the top down

DONT EVER GO ON WING WEDNESDAYS went in there took 15 minutes from seat to order not to bad ordered a medium pizza and 12 wings fairly easy order...or so i thought hour later pizza shows up kinda burnt STILL NO WINGS so i tell the server when she finally showed up again to cancel them were half done eating and almost ready to leave and she gives attitude cause wings are almost ready then after were ready to leave she brings the wings 90 minutes later asks if were sure we dont want them ya im pretty sure since SHE said they would be out before the pizza food was good-ish for high school kids cooking service was horrid

I was there on a Wed night and the bar area was packed. The jute box was playing, but not so loud that you couldnt have a conversation with the people at your table. Drinks are reasonably priced. Service was a teeny-bit slow, but SUPER friendly. They have great pulltabs supporting youth hockey. I didnt eat there this time, but on all previous occasions, the food is phenomenal!

I read all the reviews......some good, some bad! Decided to order a Pan Style Pub Special and have it delivered to the hotel room I was in. Girl on phone was pleasant, delivery guy was pleasant! Pizza was absolutely Amazing!! Probly one of the best pizzas Ive ever had!! Thanx, Pizza Pub, for making my "away from home" supper Awesome!!

This place was fantastic! We had pig wings, you have to try those if you go there. The pizza was really good, the only thing I suggest is that if you get a pizza with a lot of toppings, go for the thicker crust. The original doesnt hold up that great under heavy toppings. I hope to go there again some time.
