We went to this burger King 5 minutes before it was closed, so we expected amazing service. Obviously, we received anything but that. For starters, the bandits in our car have never had any previous experience or knowledge of the common ordering techniques, and the cashier at the window couldnt do her job and decipher the meaningless rambling coming from said bandits. Secondly, while we were waiting for our food, a second car behind us, filled with even more bandits, scooted forward at an alarming rate of .002 miles per day, causing a fatal rear end collision!!!!! My Vietnam PTSD was immediately activated and Ive been getting flashbacks ever since. Third, once we finally decided to depart from the window of hell we found ourselves face to face with a line of cars blocking our path!! There was no escape; we were trapped!! Turns out the banditism led to a massive car pile up that wrapped around the globe 46 times. 3 stars because I was thirsty and that Sprite + HiC + Melo Yellow + ice no cup really hit the spot.

We ordered 2 whoppers, 1 fry, chicken fries, 2 chicken sandwichs, 2 pops. The guy didnt give us our pop, when asked if we could get it he said, well did you order it....yes we did with the meal. Get home, missing a chicken sandwich and chicken fries were shriveled and looked several hours old and were hard....the pop was good, everything else was horrible, and this was not the first bad experience. I did call and talk to the night manager, he said he will look into it and the chicken fries were greasy because they didnt change the oil last night....GROSS! I fed them to my dog...he asked if I wanted a free meal, I said no just wanted to let you know this was the worst burger king I have ever had in my life...he did apologize and said I hope you have a good night....no I cannot, I spent 20 dollars on food and I am still hungry

The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is like every other Burger King, but the kids play area (which does have the best slide) is quite possibly the most filthy play area weve seen. I occasionally will climb to the top with my two young children and today on my way up there was dirt, half eaten food, and grime in all the creases. On almost every step was some kind of sticky dried up (some times not dried up) puddle of what Im hoping is soda. Seriously disgusting. All surfaces in the are have a oily greasy feel that is hard to even wash off your hands. Now I know these play areas are going to get dirty but this one is hazardous. We are now going home to take baths. Gross.

All the tables and chairs had crumbs and/or sticky fluids like partly dried ketchup on them. The entire floor was covered in stickiness. The bathrooms were very filthy especially the toilets. The order was also wrong in that they removed mayo from the whole order instead of just the 2 burgers requested to be without it. Loud music was blaring profanity entirely inappropriate for children such as the word "b**ch" used disrespectfully towards women. I could never recommend anyone visit this Burger King location. The only Burger King Ive been to as bad as that was in Edina 5 years ago, but it still wasnt this filthy.

Editing my review a second time... Avoid this place like it is the plague. Worst customer service ever. Never get the order correct. Just hire people who care. The new manager there is terrible. He has no balls and obviously cannot control the herd who work there. (Old review)As of lately they have been closed on random days even though they are 24 hours drive thru. They also have been not putting in everything I order into the bag. Here is my list of items, which I will continually update until I receive a refund. 2x Add Cheese ($1.20) Large Onion Rings ($3.19) - No receipt given either. (Illegal)

HORRIBLE, LAZY, RUDE night staff! We arrived at 4 am and were informed it was currently the breakfast menu (ok no problem) But are we supposed to predict what's on the menu? After a few minutes of waiting the drive thru attendee decides to grace us with her presence and switch the menu. After she goes in, nothing, we had to drive around to get her attention. "Frank" which is what she said her name didn't recall anything. So we decided to take our business elsewhere, and trust me same attitude from this person for three days straight!

Ive been to this particular restaurant on three separate occasions. Each time my order has been messed up in different ways. This last time I ordered a bacon and cheese whopper meal with no onions. The lady at the drive through said it didnt come with onions, which I thought was strange. When I opened the burger, sure enough it had onions on it. Worse yet, there was no sign of bacon or cheese. Thinking back, Im not surprised. The staff was all hanging out at the drive through window chatting about the weather. Not going to be back here any time soon.

Every single time I come here its always a bad experience. I dont know why I still go, but tonight will be my last. Every time its either terrible service, unprofessional staff, extremely long wait (with bad service), stale food, or in tonights case, missing food. Got my fries but they were drowned in a sea of salt, and the food I did receive were stale. The sad thing is, your staff will never read these reviews/comments/feedback, youll continue to be stubborn and think youre doing a great job. And dont get me started on the play area.

I waited in line for the drive thru for 20 minutes for no one to speak to me for another 20 minutes when I got to the ordering screen. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. They also screw up my order every single time and have given me frozen food on multiple occasions. It makes me so angry because Burger King is one of my favorite fast food choices. Honestly, just fire everyone because its so horrible, like someone previously stated, avoid this place like the plague. I think this was the last straw for me, Im never going back.

I went last night around 11pm, they were closed when its 24 hours. They said they were short on cooks. I went back the following day around 10pm, they were closed and they said its because the credit card machines are down. They said theyll open in an hour. So I called an hour later and they were still closed and they said the store will open when broilers are ready. 3 calls 3 different excuses. I was more so disappointed because I only eat unhealthy on weekends. I was really craving a whopper. Now Ill just have a saltine cracker.

Customer service given @ the drive through is going to close this place down! I will be sharing with my friends and family....How rude...and in a unbelievable way the guy at the drive through is...we left after waiting 10 mins...and then he hurried us pushed...we had three people he only had patience enough to get one did not ask what we wanted to drink...rude and pushy...and fierce confronting him...andfterbout his poor customer service he got worse! Family and friends will be warned! Boycott Burger King no...Just this one.

If you go through the drive-thru your food is not fresh I saw for myself as one of the employees a young black girl told the store manager a white male is it okay that she reheat the coffee and give it to the lady the coffee was no good and then ask if the lady would notice and when I was standing there at the store manager didnt say anything to her which tells me that the store manager approves of this Behavior
