I have always been a huge fan of Pizza Hut...especially their crispy edged, yet soft deep dish. This weekend my daughter and I thought it would be fun to split the $10 box ($12.50 with cheeze sticks). The usually great deep dish was soggy and tasted flat... the breadsticks were not cut that we could tell... and the dessert sticks were petrified in their hardness. Just horrible... really disappointed. With tip and donation it was a huge waste of $20.

I waited 1 hr for 1 personal pan pizza. The first time I came to pick up my pizza it wasnt even made yet, so I bummed around for ANOTHER 25 min, called and they assured me it was done. It was not even MADE yet. Other than completely screwing my order, every customer that came in either had a screwed up order or had been waiting for their pizza that hadnt been made. Obviously there are some major management issues going on....

My pizza was messed up. First they forgot my medium pizza..i was like okay everybody makes mistakes. So I check while they get here my large pizza theres no jalapeños :/ my medium pizza comes in theres no ham...Well then I should then stay with Dominos they have better service and never have mess my orders u.u Bye pizza hut

Usually get good service and food but food was terrible tonight. No extra cheese on the pizza and it was dry and tough. Pasta was dry. Apple pies were drenched in oil, soggy and all broken up. Inedible. Spent $35 and not much was edible. Took forever to deliver and we live a few blocks away.

Love the pizza odered for my daughters Birthday and it was great delivered on time Donna helped us with are order and she had everything just right time and the pizza tasted great are quest were every pleased with the pizza. Thank you pizza Hut peeps on 8-22-2015.

Service is horrible. .....the pizza took a mere 90 minutes to get here....never again! Not sure how they can make it in a town with soooooo many pizza options which are all far superior the hut.

We picked up 2 pizzas. Both were made the way we ordered and within time range. Pizza was good and the way Pizza Huts pizza should taste. Staff was friendly and got us in/out quickly.
