Service was reasonable for fast food in this neighborhood, but the sub that I got (#1) resembled a day old something from a Jr High school cafeteria. Also not really impressed with the ordering process, in which I stated EXACTLY what I wanted (#1, medium sub only, on white...) only to be run through the whole damn upsell rigamarole. NO, I did not want the package deal. NO I did not want chips or bevarage with that. NO I did not want the addons. Which is why I stated exactly what I wanted in the 1st place. Considering JJs is within walking distance, manages to produce something that actually looks appetizing, and rarely tries to upsell me when I order, Ill just stick with them, and hope Milios opens something close soon...

Excellent service paired with mouthwatering flavor. Got their Italian sub and it was amazing with generous portions and sauce dripping out the side which is how I like it. You gotta love the jars of hot sauce ranging from 1-10 in spiciness. A dream for variety lovers. I tried the chili and it was okay. A little "dry" since the meat is almost puree like. Sour cream or shredded cheese would help.

I much prefer Firehouse Subs over Subway or Jimmy Johns. The sandwiches are always tender, juicy, and very tasty. This is a great location... the sandwiches are well-made and the customer service is great. Theres plenty of seating. Gotta love the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, too.

Customer service is a foreign language here. Manager took my order and was low energy, dismissive of questions about menu or light hearted conversation. It was my first and last time eating there. Subs were fine, but not worth enduring the uncomfortable atmosphere.

Good sandwich shop. I ordered the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket. It was surprisingly good for a chain sandwich restaurant. I wouldnt go out of my way to get Firehouse Subs, but if it were near and I were in the mood for a sandwich, this is where Id go.

Nice people and great fast service but an awful sub. The sub was skimpy on the meat and a soggy mess. Bun was so wet it fell apart. Corned beef tasted like something manufactured, and not the great corned beef taste you expect.

These guys take sub sandwiches to a whole new level. Ive been here three times and each time was amazing. All of their produce and meat taste 100x fresher than Subway and their sauces are fantastic. Highly recommended.

Firehouse has the best subs and fountain drink options but its not as good as the one off white bear ave and highway 36 in Maplewood that is the best firehouse in thr twin cities... this is still a great place!!!

Really hit and miss here. Food has been good other than one time. Theres been a few times Ive waited a really long time for food. Theres this guy named Mack that works there...really seems like he hates his job.

Im pretty new to Firehouse subs - I wish I knew about the add-ons to the sub. While the sub itself was tasty (cheesesteak) it wasnt as satisfying of a meal as I had hoped for the price.

Good food. Very slow service. Why is one person cleaning and one person taking orders and making food at 7pm? Shouldnt have to wait 15 minutes to make a sandwich.
