Had a terrible experience there today, arrived with about 10 people at 1 PM. (Seat yourself sign). They had obviously been busy with a large party and a full dining area. Tables were clearing of customers. Personnel working made no attempt to greet us. Some tables needed cleared, and we were willing to help bus the tables. Another large group came in for a party. By 1:30, we thought that we could just sit at the two tables that were clean when we arrived. Still, no service. Our group split up and went to various restaurants so that we could keep on time. Very disappointed, as the locals said that it was the best choice for food in town (the crowd confirmed that for us).

I would rate it one star but the pizza its usually really good. I just bought a large pepperoni pizza from there. When I got home I saw the crust was burnt. I called to inform them of it and the manager laughed at me. He was very rude as he has been before and said thats the way its supposed to be. He offered to give us a different pie while still laughing. I denied the offer and have chosen not to go back. I would rather eat at Caseys where the people are friendly than get a pizza just a little bit better and deal with him.

This is consistently the best Pizza and sandwiches around. I find it hard to believe that they burnt a pizza and even more unlikely that they didnt try to make it right. I have been dinning here for years and sometimes you do have wait for your food but thats what happens when you have a great product. It is hard to staff for the busiest times since you never know when that may be. Keep rocking out the great food and i will always be patient!

They are the BEST! I asked for a Spinach salad (not on the menu) no problem! YUM! I stop here everytime I drive through Colfax. Let me take part of a specialty pizza and change the toppings. The afternoon/dinner waitress is SUPER nice and accommodating. Clean, friendly, great food and wine.

This place has the best pizza in Iowa. It isnt some fast food style though so dont be caught off guard thinking you are ordering from pizza hut. Once you try this place, you will be comparing every other pizza you try to it! Price is higher end but well more than worth it.

Cant say about service or food because although there were multiple customers coming out as I was going in I was told they were closing an hour early because it was so slow on a holiday weekend. Very disappointed that they arent open on their posted hours

Decided to check out this pizza place. I have been hearing a lot about it so we made the trip over to check it out. The food was very good. Servers were very nice. Facility was clean. I recommend you visit and see what you think.

This is a big city restaurant, relaxing in a small town. The pizza is great, and the menu has lots of options for non-pizza eaters. Its a casual atmosphere, where my children are treated well, which means a lot.

Outstanding pizza and additional sandwich selections. Even better salads. This is a gem in small-town Iowa. The wait staff is excellent. If on I-80, jump off at Colfax on exit 155. You wont be disappointed.

We have always had wonderful service and excellent pizza. The pastry dessert is yummy! It can get busy on Friday and Saturday nights but they take reservations so give it a try. Its worth the drive.

High quality ingredients. Cheesy bread was delicious, pizza good. If it wasnt for the lunch special, I would probably say its kinda pricey... No complaints on service or taste of food though.
