Kelly was the best thing about this potbelly. She was very bubbly and friendly and it made the whole experience 1000% better every time. The new staff really stinks, and Im not trying to be a Debby downer, Im just trying to be as honest as possible. Most of them are kids and its their first job so I get it, but when you have grown adults with more drama and attitude than a 6 year old pageant girl, its a problem. The employees are quite dismissive; however there are a couple good apples. Skip this one if there is a closer potbelly. The food may be good, but the compete experience is what makes potbelly so great.

Employees are dismissive and even after giving them a poor review thru the recipe the managers that contacted me did little to show they cared. They offered to send me a couple of coupons but I had to email them back twice telling them I never received their coupons and about three months after the incident I finally go the coupons in the mail. Will never return to this store.

We had a great lunch here then realized our car wouldnt start in the -1 degree weather. The staff present were very friendly & accommodating while we waited hours for service, even offering snacks & dinner on them! Their kindness was heartwarming & much appreciated!
