Firstly, I NEVER write reviews... good or bad but I had to write one for this restaurant. I had lunch there today and ordered their chicken sandwich without a bun because I have a diary allergy and they were unaware whether their buns had milk or any other dairy products in them which is no problem. I understand that some restaurants get their products from other vendors and are unaware of every ingredient. After waiting a longer than usual time, we finally got our food and as I was eating the chicken it honestly just tasted "okay." I continued to eat it because I was hungry and as I got closer to finishing it I tasted something strange and looked down and saw that I was eating RAW CHICKEN. I tried to get the servers attention but she never acknowledged me. I finally got her attention and told her that I was eating raw chicken and she immediately took the plate back to the kitchen and never came back to the table. She never once apologized or had a manager come to apologize. The only acknowledgement was that it was compd on my bill but never ONCE did they say they were sorry that it happened. The customer service is absolutely horrible and they serve food that can make you sick. I will NEVER go back or recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed!

My friend and I went there to eat. I sincerely was hoping to write a rave review after reading so many negatives. Unfortunately that is not the case. The service itself was great but then again we came at 4PM before the crowds hit. I had a few issues. First, the ribeye steak (which is the ONLY steak they serve) was nearly $28 but didnt come with any vegetables or potatoes. We had to pick a "side" which we were told was free. We ended up getting charged for the sides anyway. The drink I ordered was a mixed cocktail on the menu. I was told there was "only one" of them. How can that be when its a mixture?? I eventually was able to get the same drink only with "more expensive" Amaretto which would cost "a little bit more". The server, Gary, was really great. I asked him why I had to pay extra for the "more expensive Amaretto" when it wasnt my fault they ran out of whatever it was. He gave me the drinks at the same price. He also took the charges for the sides off the tab. The food was all right but the steak was certainly not worth $28 when nothing came with it. I might add that the drinks were $10 each. A bit steep I think. The onion rings were excellent. We would not go there again.

I hardly ever review restaurants, but this place deserves it. Sat down and ordered two beers, then our other two guests sat down and we didnt see our server for 10 minutes probably. The appetizers we ordered were good, but 13 dollars for two egg rolls is absolutely insane. Ordered two identical burgers and both of them came out raw. Not pink, not bloody, literally raw on the bottom. We had one just taken off the ticket and told them to throw away. I sent mine back on one of our small appetizer plates to be redone and it came back within one minute on the same dirtied plate that I sent it back on. If you make a raw burger and serve it, you need to make a new one, you cant fix that when it has been served. You make a new one. Nope, I got back the same burger. STILL RAW. So they either microwaved it or put it under a heat lamp or something. We sent it back. The Italian beef sandwich was terrible as well, and the chocolate cake. I would really like to know if they actually cook their pit beef, it tastes like something I could easily buy from Sams Club and reheat. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You have been warned.....

WILL NOT REURN. First time we went, the line was too long to wait. Second time we made a reservation, got seated right away, but had TERRIBLE service. Not to mention the food was not good either. Our server told us up front that he was still in "vacation mode" (it was the end of the 4th of July weekend). We ordered the pretzel appetizer which was pretty much bread sticks with salt on them (tasted good, but nothing like a pretzel). We also had the Haddock Chowder (it was cold), the steak salad (it was so drown in vinaigrette it was pretty much inedible) and my boyfriend had one of their "signature" pork pit sandwiches. The server told him it was going to be pretty spicy - he had to add mustard to give it a little flavor. Not one dish was cleared from our table the entire time we were there. Nor did the server EVER ASK how our food was (it should have been a clue that most everything was not eaten). Although the atmosphere is nice, I would not recommend to anyone, or return myself.

Great selection of rotating tap beers. They usually have at least 1 or 2 somethings for everyone. They also maintain a nice selection of quality scotches and American whiskeys/bourbons. The sandwiches are made with great meats in even greater portions. Dont miss out on the onion rings or the pork belly appetizers. Not usually a wait for seating, however it can be a bit noisy in the evenings. It is a local bar/pub where people like to have a good time not a high end restaurant where the patrons are afraid to talk. The staff are all friendly - or at least all of the staff that I have met have been.

My husband and I WILL NOT RETURN here. The food was mediocre, and the service was terrible. The fish and chips ordered were overcooked to the point that one of the fish fillets was charred black on the bottom. My husbands food arrived about 20-25 minutes after my food did, even though he waiter kept telling us "his dinner would be out any minute." They then brought him a beer and said that it would be on the house to rectify the situation. He didnt particularly want another beer, and it seemed like the least they could have done was offer to comp his meal. Terrible experience; terrible service.

First time here. Dropped by after shopping at the mall Tuesday for last of happy hour app and beverage. Waited to be sitted at a table in the bar area. While we did have menus, we waited it seemed far too long for any service. We decided to sit at the bar. This time it wasnt as long but barkeep finally did ask for our order. (bar was a little busy with happy hour). The fish tacos were very good ($2 off at happy hour) and the beer selection was not bad. Overall food was very good, service needs a little focus. We may return if near by but wont be for a special trip.

Take out service is terrible. They checked the order before giving it to me saying they had some problems earlier, but assured me my order was complete, this was not the case. I called to let them know I was returning for the rest of my order (so I wouldnt have to wait) but got voice mail. After returning and picking up the rest of the order, unfortunately I didnt check the order until I got to my destination (my bad) and again they got the order wrong. When I called to talk to the manager I got voice-mail again.... Pathetic!
