Best eggs Benedict. When I traveled for a living I made it my mission to eat eggs Benedict at each new hotel. After a few million frequent flyer miles and 30 years I had my favorite in a small coastal town in Connecticut. After moving to Montgomery, on a lark I ordered some at the lodge. I was floored. #1 in a 30 year quest. Cant recommend the other items but the chef knows his/her eggs. Only possible improvement would be to poach in swirling water but the hollandaise sauce will clog your arteries on contact. A pleasant way to die.
