I work in Chanhassen. Sometime my co-workers and I decide to go out for lunch. Today we decided Buffalo Wild Wings in Chanhassen. We were taking a risk at we only have an hour for lunch and historically it is cutting it very close when going to this location because service is slow. Today we get there and are seated at the big bar table so we can get a table quickly. There were 8 of us and we waited 15-20 minutes without a server coming over to take out order. We asked on 3 separate occasions if we could get some service. Finally on the last occasion the hostess goes over to talk to the manager on duty. Instead of coming over to take our order he goes over to ask other servers if they can take our order. We ended up getting up and leaving, going to Chipotle next door. I guess Buffalo Wild Wings is out as a possible lunch destination for work. Very disappointing.

I went here, sat down at the bench, as there wasnt a greeter at that time. And, thats understandable. The location wasnt busy but I waited there patiently (I was in no hurry) for approximately 7 minutes. At that time, an employee walked by, looked at me, not even a hello or someone will be right with you. In fact, I thought he turned his nose up but thats only my opinion and cant be validated. So, I got up and left. I called the manager from the parking lot not to tell on the employee, but merely give some advice on improving the systems/processes at this location. Im a huge fan of B-dubs. Unfortunately, this was so horrible that Ill never give this location a try again. Best regards! -Larry

Poor service here, slow. The playmakers are always filthy and often dont work. Dirty floors, dirty tables. The food has really gone down hill, and they got rid of their Coke products in favor of Pepsi. What that means is the beverage selection is very limited,with few low cal/no callus options and no low cal/no cal options without caffeine. I used to cone here a lot for the beverages, nachos, wings, and trivia. Theyve changed the TVs so their mostly sports (fiber for a sports bar) but if you want to play trivia its not fun anymore. Its hard to find a table that has a screen with it on that you can see. Only good thing left here is the nachos and wings.

Horrible, horrible service. 7 people quished in a small table, got attitude when we asked for something bigger ...ha ha they switched us, to a table the sake size...even more attitude. That was just the host...the server was even worse..couldnt even give us time to order was walking away we had to stop her and tell her we werent done...ands ked for samples 15min ago, cant order till we know what we want...instead of bringing the samples she asked if half of us want to put our order in...????what!? Noooo....we would like to eat at the same time...still waiting to get samples and apps that we ordered 25min ago....so now its been 1:20...no food

Staff behind the bar was great. Busy place. Plenty of TVs for sports viewing pleasure. Unfortunately, this location loses a star for removing my favorite beer Grain Belt Nordeast from draft. Im so sick of IPAs. Everybody is removing their ambers and reds in favor of super-hoppy flavor. Ugh. They also lose a star for the pitiful amount of sauce on the wings. Three of my five wings were completely sauce free. Just because its wing Tuesday doesnt mean you can half ass your job in the kitchen. Id rather wait an extra 10 minutes for it to be done right.

Below average for a BWWs. Long wait to get seated. Server was not attentive. He kept forgetting to bring small things that we asked for (like menus). Also server appeared to have multiple hickies on his neck. Not something I want to see while Im trying to eat. Very disgusting and unprofessional. Very busy during my time there. Was someone who looked to be a manager, mostly standing around and observing the overwhelmed wait staff. We did have a very friendly girl bring us out our drinks and food. That was about the highlight.

Ordered food online and paid for it online showed up on time exactly said that it was declined had to pay for it again then had to wait 17 and a half minutes while they cooked my food and at first they brought the wrong food out to me and then had to go back and then bring the right food out to me totally a s*** show their recommend going to any other place but there too bad cuz I love Buffalo way just not Buffalo Wild Wings now. people nice but in incompetent

The food is on par with expectations. They tend to understaff Friday nights, either by design or poor hiring, but typically the one server they do have for the entire floor is fantastic. It can take awhile to get a seat during these particular Friday nights. It does get very packed during expected events, so get there early and have an alternative plan.

It took them a while to even greet our table. The spot where the waiters order their drinks from the bar, their cash register, and their storage room are all in a 5" area. They kept running in to each other and had to keep waiting for others to get out of the way. You could definitely tell this slowed things down. The food and drinks were good though!

Got take out wings called before like 20 minutes. Got wings brought home started to eat chicken very hard not soft seems like take out chicken is different. Not like you eat inside. Stay away from take out chicken very hard. Seems like they keep bad quality only for take out because people would not complaint or take it back. Bad experiance.

Not impressed. Server named Amanda D. Was a good server but left us waiting for the bill for to long. As far as the place goes. Overall I wont come back. Absolut and Cranberry was horrible. Was there even any liquor? Food was ok but after the dirty glass Im not to sure how clean it is here. Id go somewhere else if I were you

We have a child with an egg allergy and the shift manager came over to sit at our table and explained everything very clearly - it was very helpful and appreciated. Separately, we ordered boneless wings and they werent fully sauced on all sides and a few were more crunchy. Not perfect but overall a good experience.

Trash food. Trash service. Be prepared to wait unreasonable times for your drinks and food no matter the hour. Wings are not the quality they are priced at. Get some chicken nuggets at mikky ds and swing by a liquor store instead if saving time, money, and some frustration is something that interests you.

Service is poor! Chocolate fudge cake dessert was served in cold. When I asked manager, he said it is supposed to be served as Cold! I dont understand why it is served cold when all other Buffalo wild wing Restaurants serving warmer and if they serve in cold by any chance, they swap it with a warmer one!

The employees working the takeout counter were unbelievably rude and they sent out an entire wrong order of wings, I didnt notice until I was at home too far away to go back because they labeled the box correctly despite giving me buffalo wings instead of parmesan garlic.
