Came because it was recommended by the hotel Im staying at "The Americinn". Ordered a crown apple and cranberry drink and took 2 sips and then find out its a dam bug in my dam drink! Told bartender n she (blonde mix hair) just poured it out and made another one . I was still charged for it. I dont know if its because Im not a local regular or just because Im African American, but I think the service and apology couldve been wayyyyy better than that.

Good place for late evening dinners and friendly, attentive waitresses-- if youre seated in the dining area. The one time we sat in the bar area, it was very loud, and the table was dirty. The food was good nine times out of ten, with the exception being near close-- the food quality declines, I think, the nearer they are to closing.

What an awesome bar and grill! Sports fans you wont be disappointed as this ground round is equipped with 12 HD TVs! The service and food was excellent. Also I notice daily specials with prices to be very reasonable. Looking for a quick lunch youll spend under $10. Thank You - Grand Rapids, Minnesota Ground Round

Food was good but it took almost 10 minutes for us to be seated as no one was at the greeter booth and then our waitress took far too long to take our orders after she gave us our drinks. She also only checked on us to see how we were doing on our food once and by then we were finished.
