I went to Qdoba and was ordering a burrito for my dad. I was checking my phone to double check his order and the guy was rushing me to order. He was not friendly at all and was dishing out a pathetic excuse for "portion sizes" for the entrees. My boyfriend got double chicken and it was more like a normal size amount of chicken. The cashier was nice, but the guy running the assembly line needs to learn guest service and the proper amount of portions. I paid $30 for 3 burritos and chips. Poor service would choose Chipotle over this next time.

The manager, Jerry, is a freaking shinning star and should never be let go of. He went above and beyond for what was just a minor inconvenience, he had complete sincerity and competence as he never let the lil rush of customers get him off his game (Weve all seen a manager running around frantic like a headless chicken before right?) Jerry is the main reason I will now be coming here for all my burrito needs. ya hear me corporate? Cherish Jerry, cherish Jerry as I now do.

Lunch rush. Dinner rush. Only 2 employees working the line. ALWAYS 2. One of the 2 is also the cashier. Technically, there are only 1.5 employees working the line when there are a dozen or more customers waiting. This creates LOOOONG wait times when youre in any kind of hurry.

Line employees are polite and speedy. Food quality is always good. Manager usually at the register is very kind wishes me a great day. I go for lunch on my one day off a week and am always in and out in a matter of minutes.

I have never been impressed with Eagans chipotle location as far as service or ingredients. Qudoba has more variety and no mater what hour of the day I would come here for the service alone!
