Was quite disappointed with this particular Primas. My daughter is allergic to potatoes, so we are very choosy on where we eat since fast food is practically out the question for us when eating out as a family. The Primas restaurant at Chesterfield Springfield will actually clean a friar and make my daughter feel just as welcomed and not left out as everyone else is enjoying chips and salsa. She was almost in tears because our server said no. Then her food was made wrong (made in the friar with potato products), so she had to wait even longer to eat!! She had to eat my food because Im not about to let her starve any longer while everyone is eating. We will be sure that this particular site receives no more of our monies. I will only visit places that dont make anyone in my family feel left out just so they dont have to make a little extra effort in pleasing their customers.

Went there on a Friday evening and immediately noticed that every restaurant around was packed except for this one. Decided to give them a try anyways. Besides waiting a while for our waitress to show up the customer service was great. We ordered our salsa and was dissapointed because it arrived more in the style of Pico de Gallo, we also ordered guacamole which was under seasoned, we had to add salt and pepper to both of them. The portions are small and overpriced for drinks and entrées. I pay half the price for double the food and flavor at El Charros (Carthage) will not be back to this restaurant.

Food and service were fair, but the restaurant was unforgivable filthy! The hostess said she couldnt seat us in the front bease it was dirty. She literally walked over french fries, chips, napkin and a dead roach to seat us!! The restaurant was not busy. The entire time we were there, nobody cleaned up the mess. The waitress walked balk and forth through the mess. We noticed when we left, same story on the patio..food all over the floor. Las primas, su restaurante esta tan sucio. Hello, heath department?

Very disappointing. I visit Springfield at least once per month, had seen the name of this establishment on South Glenstone, and determined to visit - anticipating good Brooklyn food, based on the name! Wrong! There isnt even a single deli sandwich much less an authentic bagel on the menu. The appetizer ordered (SW egg-roll) was over-cooked.

My family and I had a great lunch at this place! On the downside, it was pretty pricey for lunch time. I gave them 4 stars because of the fact that they did not have better prices for their lunch menu. Our total bill ended up being $53 for 2 adults and 2 children, ages 3 and 9.

Went there on 2-17-2017 with a party of 6. We were seated quickly, but waited twenty minutes to even have our drink order taken. Then we waited another ten minutes for our drinks and chips and salsa. Never came so we got up and left.

Our waiter was top notch. We ordered nachos to start and took his advice from there, we all 3 had the special, and then tried and shared all of their desserts! Fantastic experience, we will be going back soon!

Got the Diablo burrito..... Absolutely loved it. If you like hot, get their habanero sauce to spice it up a bit. Careful though, their habanero sauce is the real deal.
