Wow by far the worst experience Ive ever had getting food to go anywhere. We were visiting Springfield and came in about 20 minutes till close, didnt get anything complicated (my husband and I), got the order to go and were so kind to the staff. We both said Hi! To the staff and they looked and walked away. Finally someone came up and said " what do u guys want?" "Were not quite sure, so sorry" ... They said nothing. EVERY question we asked they IGNORED us. Like when I asked "would it at all be possible to get the the grilled veggies?" ..no answer , scoops it anyways "Is the hot sauce at all extra cost to get that?" No answer.. Scoops it anyways Looked pissed off the whole time, didnt smile, didnt say if anything was extra like I was asking, the guy slides the card-- and doesnt say a thing . We felt so unwelcomed and unwanted. My husband had never had Qdoba before and in Montana customer service was outstanding there so I told him he would love it. He said after getting the overly priced plain tasting quesadilla and that AWFUL customer service he will never go back.

Got a burrito and a bowl and the burrito was half the size they used to be and the bowl was about ⅓ of the way filled. I dont know if it is just this location that skimps or all of them now, but I know what they used to look like but both these items fell way way short and to top it off it was very expensive. Moes is a better deal.

Employees were very nice. Usually the food is excellent but I guess I got the end of the bag of chips in my nachos b/c there was a pile of salt toward the bottom of the dish. Everyone makes mistakes so Ill be back to give them another try! ;)

Comparable with the popular Chipotle chain. I think Chipotles recipes may be a little better, but ultimately prefer Qdoba because they clean the fat off their meat (Chipotle does not, and you end up wasting a third of your food).

So i just used my app when i bought a burrito. I get 78 points for an entree purchase and i need 3000 points to redeem? That is almost 4x as many entrees than before. You just lost a customer.

The service was great! The soda machine was down when I ate there and they gave us free bottled water to make up for it. I will say that it is a bit over priced compared to Chipotle.
