I LOVE CHIPOTLE! I go here all the time and I mostly do online orders. Couple complaints. I think depending on your size or what you look like thats how much rice and chicken theyll give you. Im in my teens and im short so they assume im like 12-13 so they give me a decent amount of rice(depending if their new) LOTS of beans and then like a baby scoop of chicken. Now my bestfriend order hers before mine and she gave her like a lot of chicken so she laughs because they give me so little chicken. They dont ask if you want the fajita vegetables you gotta tell them. They put a lot of everything of toppings besides cheese so I always have to say "More cheese please". Recent experience it was the last day of school and we got out at 10:40 so we walked to chipotle which opened at 11. While im telling the guy my toppings the lady cooking the rice or something kept calling the guy name so when I say tomato I get cut off because she kept calling him and there was a long line at 11. So im standing there like really it can wait and he goes umm ok sorry what did you want so I purposely acted like I was irritated until he was done. You guys should put a whole spoonful of meat on everybodys food . Also When I did an online order they always forget my chips and when I ask for a torilla so when I say I didnt get my chips and show them proof " They look at the whole thing like its a super long like I just went black Friday shopping and got a lot of stuff. Then say "oh" look at each other then give it to me and not say "sorry about that". Now I still go hear because its down the street from where I live but I HIGHLY recommend more amount of meat for ALL AGES and everything else and just a little more better customer service and more toppings for the burrito by the box catering deal.

I ordered a burrito at this location yesterday. My chicken burrito was 2/3 the size of the typical burrito I purchase. I go to chipotle at least once a week so I know how it should look. I let it slide, I thought maybe the girl was a new hire because she was moving slow and didnt know the portions. Also, I was incredibly hungry. So, I buy it anyway, go sit down and take a bite. My rice was undercooked. It was hard, about half way cooked. I went back in line, behind about 10 people. I told them the problem and I asked politely for a remake. (I used to work in fast food, so I didnt see it as a big deal) They told me "No, we cant do anything about it. You already took a bite." Never going to this location again. Awful customer service.

Ordered ahead and had an awful experience. Requested a pick up time of 11:45am and had to wait 20 minutes. Then they also made my chicken tacos wrong but thankfully I looked at them before I walked out. After waiting there for 10 minutes with tacos in my hand opened because clearly something was wrong. I was finally asked by the cashier if I needed something. So I requested they make them again and they did but they assured me before I left they made them correctly, got back to the office and they were still made wrong!!!!!!!!! I paid for extra chicken and barely got enough chicken to suffice for a regular order of chicken tacos. Will never be ordering ahead or ordering from this Chipotle again. Just an awful experience.

Portions are good, but service is bad. I came in during dinner hour and there were three employees on the line but only one working. Other two were standing around doing nothing and chatting. Making the one guy go all the way from beginning to end with each customer. It took forever. And when I finally got to the register, the woman was standing in front of it and wouldnt ring me up. Just stood there, with my meal in front of her and me making eye contact with money in hand, she started highlighting random receipts and walked away ,then sauntered on back. Bad service

Im extremely disappointed with the service here at Rosedale Chipotle. The cashier name Nyomi was rude when I had ordered side of rice with my chicken quesadilla. She upcharged me an extra 90 cents which I do not understand due to the fact that a chicken quesadilla is the same price as a chicken burrito. She looked irritated and rudely passed the food at me. I come to this chipotle all the time and had never received such horrible service. Unfortunately, this will be my last time here.

Usually they do a good job, but lately Ive noticed a huge change. Some of the staff acts none professional at all, and the worst part I see young mangers acting like a psycho to their staff members, and the mangers are receiving attitude back, and the others couldnt care less. The grilling people makes me sick, adding very old beans mixing it with the new ones, then to only add nasty sink water into it. Then to laugh as they serve it to us consumers. I dont think Im going bank there.

The customer service at this Chipotle was awful. I eat at a lot of Chipotles and this experience they skimped A LOT on the food. When I asked for extra fajita veggies, I received an eye roll and 2 extra little slices of pepper. When I asked for extra lettuce (because I was given a pinch full), I received an eye roll yet again. Those were not the only things that lacked amount either. I left feeling as though I was getting ripped off and not worth what I was paying.

They gave me barely any rice and when I asked for a burrito bowl they gave me a burrito and got mad when I politely corrected them and told me I needed to speak up. They didnt smile at all and had very poor service. I am so upset Im actually hungry after eating a little rice. They also flipped me off Im pretty sure. They may have been pointing to the beans but Idek. I will NEVER go back.

I believe I may have gotten food poisoning from this location as it was the only meal I had the whole day. Rice was undercooked. I have spent the last several hours with bloatedness, nausea, twisting stomach pain, unable to rest. I threw up my whole meal. I dont think I will be able to eat chipotle for awhile without remembering with thrown up chipotle tastes like.

This is one of the worst Chipotles out there. The people dont know what theyre doing, including management. The wrapper guy has no respect for the food, just double wraps everything. I waited in line twice because he couldnt get the tortilla wrapped, and he still couldnt get it right. Stay off, unless you want to eat mashed burritos.

The food here is good, but the space is too small (considering how big the sign is) and the service is always really terrible. All Chipotles are like this no matter what time of day you arrive, there is always a line, always a wait. Its almost as if they intended it that way. I dont wait in lines, so I no longer eat a Chipotle.

This place is absolute cancer. It should be shut down. I talked to them for HOURS about food health (after I threw up my lunch and missed three days of my life because of these absolute geniuses) and they said dozens of contradictory things, including things the FDA says on their website they believe to be false. DO NOT EAT HERE!
