I pick which restaurants I go to based on the customer service and I will drive out of my way to go to the same restaurant in a farther location if it means not dealing with rude staff. With that being said, looks like today was my last visit at this Chipotle location lol. The blonde lady who appeared to be the manager as she was yelling orders at everybody the entire time even though it wasnt busy at all in there was really unfriendly and reluctant to be helpful. She gave me a HUGE portion of Sofritas.....really, really uneven to the amount of rice and beans I was given which was minimal so I *kindly* asked if she could take some out of there. I didnt want to "shame" or embarrass her so I said it nicely because once the rest of my toppings went on it, I wouldnt be able to do it myself. She was pissed. She made me re-state it and then pursed her lips together, took a TEENY amount out and then looks at me crabby and asked what else id like on it. She was also mad when I asked her if I could have my tortilla in the bowl in the beginning rather than on the side. Idk never returning.

A lady tonight charged me $13.00 for a double barbacoa burrito. When I asked her why she was charging me so much, she replied that it was $3.50 for extra barbocoa. That still didnt compute, because it still shouldnt have been that much. When I then called her on the phone and told her when I entered it on the website it was only charging me 10 something for it, she told me that when I ordered it on the website it was less. Huh? I then called another location and they told me it was the same price no matter how I ordered it. Whatever the case, this was the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipolte. I wont be returning to this store.

I have been to this Chipotle twice. The first time was because I got a free coupon in the mail. The staff were very snarky and rude, but the food was good so I went back again a second time. They were even worse this time. They seemed really contemptuous when I asked for some fajita veggies and gave me about a tablespoon of peppers... Keep in mind I dont get any rice or beans... Not sure why they are so angry... I will never go back to this Chipotle again. They are mean and scornful. Not a good experience. This is the first review I have ever posted. The service was that bad.

I specifically asked them to shake out the Pico and beans and they didnt. I got home with my bowl and the bag broke and ruined my bowl, my boyfriends burrito, and both bags of chips. $19 worth of food wasted. I work at the Jamba right next door and this has happened almost every time I have ordered from this specific chipotle. The bowl always gets soggy but Ive never actually had the bag break until today. I tried to call to let them know and it just keeps hanging up on me. Definitely wont be returning to this location anytime soon.

Food was great but once I ordered a margarita, things kind of came to a halt as the cashier never had made one before. He had to run to the back to get the manual and figure out how to make one. Initially I was a little irritated, but then realized he was trying his best. I give him credit as he stayed calm while the line started to grow out the door, and you could tell customers tensions were mounting. Nonetheless, very friendly staff and decent experience. I definitely recommend their Patron Margarita :-)

Its one of those places you love to hate. Ill go there every so often and it literally is the same experience every time. Wish they wouldnt be so stingy with the meat. They trick you by going in hard with the scoop making you think theyre gonna pile on the meat, then they shake off the excess like "nah fam" leaving you with a few little nuggets. Expensive for what youre getting. Dollar for dollar youre better off hitting up one of the taco trucks along lake street.

I posted a review here about how awful this Chipotle had gotten around 6-12 months ago. (After several absolutely horrendous experiences) Anyway, I was hungry tonight and gave them another go. WOW! Absolutely excellent. Burrito was made well, quickly, and everyone was extremely friendly. Will definitely be going back - always nice to see places make a turnaround.

My family frequents this Chipotle - and they finally changed management. Have to say the atmosphere has improved significantly. They always cater to all of our requests and make sure they get it right. Love it. 1/20/17 - A new manager, Zuar, started at the beginning of the year. He provides excellent customer service. Looking forward to visiting more often.

The food and service are good if you go in person. Their online ordering kind of sucks. I work by here, and they have screwed up my online order a couple times now. Ive wasted my entire lunch break going back and picking up a replacement. Unfortunately Im not ordering from them again, which is too bad. I like Chipotle.

If youre looking for the most inept Chipotle in the country, look no further! Its at 3040 Excelsior Blvd in Minneapolis, MN. Its really staggering how poor the service is here. When you pay your employees next to nothing and force them to work off the clock, I guess this is to be expected.

I LOVE Chipotle, but even though I live really close to this one, I avoid it at all costs. The service is atrocious. I dont think Ive ever waited in line for less than ten minutes at this place, and the line isnt ever long. Its slow service. If I could mark their service any lower, I would.

Food is good but holy crap they are so slow. They do not care at all how many people are in line. Get a new manager. This is too busy of an area to not care about the customer experience. Also dont talk about how good looking girls are at the register. Unbelievable.

Love this place. All the bad reviews are a joke have patience be polite and things will be alright. I have received 2 free burritos just from being friendly and polite. Friendly Staff. Clean Establishment. Free Parking. Overall its chipotle same as the rest :)

its chipotle so you know what youre getting as far as the food goes. the service here is very mediocre however...employees milling about or its seemingly understaffed half the time and the line goes twice as slowly as other locations.

Probably one of the most dirty chipotle you will find. Employees dont care a about your food, new people all the time, they try to be proactive doing as much orders as they can then they hit the bottle neck and food get cold.

I asked the guy if it was a kids burrito after he was done making it. Was about a third the size of what i get at the location by my house so i walked on out the door. You want a decent meal go to the location in crystal.

Chipotle is always good food. The floor and tables have not been well cleaned the few times weve been to this location. Could be that were hitting rush hour, but more likely just short staffed.
