Heres the deal. Chipotle is Chipotle -- if you like it, then youll like it! I happen to love it -- so that is not the reason I have detracted a couple stars. This place is consistently slow to service their customers. I have never seen the short help; they always have at least 3-4 staff on the line behind the counter. But somehow, they still cant process customers quickly. Most Chipotle restaurants are impressively efficient at servicing their customers (even if theres a long line, you wont be waiting long). Unfortunately, this location does not meet those standards. If the line is long, you might be better of driving a bit further down Robert St. for something else.

Had a BOGO, but was by myself. Asked if it was possible to only get one and get a coin or card that tells them they owe me a burrito. Was told they dont do this anymore. The bowls dont taste near as good when you heat them at home or if you eat them cold. To bad customer service isnt a part of the Chipotle vocabulary. Sick of this place not caring about me as a customer. Im done eating here!! Too many other good choices out there.

I usually get two tacos for $4.93 and I think that is the best deal round; 3 is just too gluttonous : 0 This particular location can be quite busy around lunch and dinner times, so go at non-peak hours to avoid a very long wait. I just read in the local paper the other day, they are getting a lot of their peppers and cilantro from Rosemount, MN farms so that is always a good thing when any of the food is locally sourced.

Tasty chipotle as usual, however, the slowest location of the at least dozen Ive been to. Significantly less efficient and its not due to a lack of staffing. Usually 3-5 on the line and still the slowest. Almost every time I go here and decide to stick it out vs. drive to another location, a group that walks in quickly decides to leave after they only see 1 person check out in 3 minutes. Crazy slow!!!

Worst Chipotle Ive ever been to. This place makes me not want to eat at any Chipotle restaurants. They always skimp on the rice and I have to ask for more multiple times. If Im getting a veggie bowl why do I only get half the ingredients? They brag about how big their burritos are but then my bowl is only half full. Im sick of spending $8 on a meals thats disappointing.

Honestly I love Chipotle, but for some reason this particular one tastes bland. At first I thought it was me, but then I went back a second time and still the same. I went back a third time (because I really love chipotle and keep thinking itll be better this time) with some friends and they said the same thing before I could even ask them...

This is the closet chipotle to my house so I go there often. Every single time something is wrong most commonly out of something. In fact there was an argument between the people on the line and the cooks which ended with the cook saying basically I dont need to go faster they can wait. Without question the worst chipotle I have ever been to.

Yantzy shorted me so hard on chicken just to prove to another employee he was putting too much meat on. Rice was undercooked, found a bone in the meat. Drove over 600 miles from South Dakota home, all I wanted was chipotle. Couldnt be less satisfied, never coming here again. Going back to Chanhassen where they dont suck at their jobs.

these people are the greatest! I ordered online but was not able to get to chipotle until after closing. luckily, I called and explained my situation, and the manager said that he would wait until I was able to get there! when I tried to tip him, he wouldnt even accept the tip but, rather, gave it to one of the cooks. what a guy!

Terrible service, always get online orders wrong or they arent done when you say youre going to pick up the food. Barely give you any rice in the bowls, and they dont pay attention to what they are doing. I would actually drive out to Eagan next time to get chipotle just to avoid the crappy service at the WSP one.

This is the location where I lost my Chipotle virginity , and started me on my Chipotle binge! Portion sizes are large and service is good. Just like any other location, there is normally a line so come prepared to wait. Clean facility, lots of seating, and they have a huge patio, highly recommended!

Theyre typically pretty busy during dinner time, but they do a good job keeping up with demand. If you have the option, Id suggest ordering via fax or iPhone, but if thats not possible, the wait in line wont kill you. Surprisingly, while there is always a line here, finding seats is never a problem.

I always come in and get a chicken bowl same thing every time. Well chicken is always BURNT. I order off the app and always write in the special direction Extra cheese and sour cream never happens. Ask for extra chicken never happens. I would rather drive to the mall and get my moneys worth.

great staff. very fast and efficient. I saw the line and thought Id never get out of there. within what felt like 3 min, there I was ordering. clean large seating area. well kept and looked after. will definitely come to this one over the downtown St. Paul location 9 times out of 10.

Its close to the house... The lines dont be that long and its that deal. I prefer this one over the one on grand ave. keep up the good work! They got good workers except this one lil white chick with a snapping attitude. I be trying not to snap on her but she making it hard.

The food is always as it should be, but their speed of service is consistently slower than other chipotles I visit. It seems to be caused by inefficiency as there are always plenty of people working. The staff are friendly and professional... just a little pokey.

I go to this Chipotle just about every day and I love everything about it. The service is awesome and the food is amazing. The staff is always very friendly and works efficiently. This is by far my favorite Chipotle of the many Ive visited.

Overall its a great establishment. I placed a take out order online today for pickup at the West Saint Paul, MN location. For some reason my order went to another store but Chor Moua made my order quick and provided top of the line service.

Not the best Chipotle around but decent. The rip you off on serving sizes. Whenever up ask for extra they roll their eyes and you can tell it upsets them. Probably the most annoying thing about this Chipotle.
