My husband and I visited this Chipotle last night. There were only a few people in line ahead of us, yet when we got to the server, they were out of veges and were scrambling to fill other containers. No one was making veges either - so they werent even aware they were out. I went through the line and had my burrito built while he let others go ahead so that he could wait for the veges to be made. Making them consisted of a person tossing a container into a fry pan and walk away. Next time someone looked at the veges, they were tossed in the pan and placed in the steam table - certainly not done like other locations. The gal taking money was rude and couldnt understand why I was waiting - finally after telling her 4 times that my husband was waiting for veges to be made, she put my burrito aside and rang up the next people. When he reached the register, I told her the floor was very slippery where I was standing and she didnt acknowledge that statement at all. She rang us up, didnt apologize for the wait - told us the total and my husband give her a $20 and was looking for change. She basically threw the $20 back at him, added chips and guac to our order and pushed us on. I asked her if we paid for the chips and she said - "you didnt pay for nothing!" That was it. No reason for the free meal - just a free meal by a very rude check out gal and no apologies for the wait or thanks for the slippery floor info - just take your food and move on. While I appreciate a free meal, words would have gone so much further. There are so many well run Chipotles. This location doesnt do the Chipotle restaurants any favors. Ill take my business to the location by the NSC. Hope someone at Corporate reads these reviews and acts on them.

I just had my worst experience at a chipotle ever. I got a vegetarian burrito bowl and the line server filled it a little less then half full. It was so much less then I am use to getting at a chipotle that I asked the next line worker to put more food in it. The line worker sighed and passed it back to the first line worker who rolled her eyes and put more rice and beans on my bowl but no more vegetables which she seemed to be running low on. If it stopped there I would just feel like it was because the lunch rush was about to start but then the second line worker said that the original amount was normal and that "some people expected more". The line worker went right on and asked what else I wanted on my bowl. I was stunned. Who are these people who expected more? Greedy people? Fat people? No matter who she was grouping me with I didnt like it. I then asked myself if maybe I was being unreasonable. Two customers behind me there was another burrito bowl that without any meat was bigger then my now completed bowl. I almost asked to talk to her manager. I almost Walked out. My wife and I with our two daughters have in the past have been regular customers to chipotle due to its high quality food and normally very enjoyable experience. Sadly I can no longer say that I have never had a bad experience at chipotle.

I have been to this location several times and each time my experience was sub par at best. My latest visit was what did it for me. The workers are rude and there is definitely a language barrier. The music is too loud and the workers get pissy when asked to repeat themselves. The restaurant is perpetually filthy-dried food and random smears on the tables. The food is prepared in a rush and tossed around. But today; I was at this location with two of my friends and we received a very small amount of food in our burrito bowls. I got about a quarter of a scoop of chicken and rice. When I asked for a little more, I was informed that I would have to pay for double fixings. When I said that I shouldnt have to pay extra for a normal portion of fixings, the worker started getting angry and rude. She made sure that we were all charged for double fixings. There has not been one time that I have been at this location and the workers werent rude and unprofessional. Basically, this Chipotle is a joke. Its poorly managed and I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. Save yourself the headache and dont bother going to this Chipotle.

I wish there was a way to give this store ZERO stars. This is by FAR the worst Chipotle restaurant i have ever been to. I am an avid customer of Chipotle and have loved it ever since it came to Minnesota. When I heard a store was being built within a couple minutes of where i live i was excited to say the least. The problem is, this store management is terrible!! The line is always out the door. I have rarely been there when they have not been out of something, beans, chicken, fajitas, ect... A couple weeks ago my wife was there getting us dinner and they LOCKED the door becuse there were too many people in line and they wanted to get caught up. It was 7PM on a weeknight!!!! My wife was shocked to say the least and so were the rest of the customers in the store. A week or so later i was there getting a burrito and the manager of the store was sitting and eating a burrito during the busiest time of the night and the line was out the door. I couldnt believe what i was seeing.... Its a bummer becuse i do love chipotle and would hate to have to drive 20 minutes when i want to get it. I hope this store gets this figured out soon.

Chipotle is one of my familys favorite restaurants and we do a lot of business there. We have had a lot of bad experiences at this location but tonight was by far the worst. They were out of most of the ingredients. They had no sour cream, no cheese, no rice, and no lettuce. We always get the chips and guacamole but couldnt this time around because there were no chips. Half of the pops were empty and the ingredients they usually serve alongside the pop (for example, lemons) were all gone. All of the employees seemed completely inept and everything was totally disorganized. The silver pans that hold all of the ingredients were piled high and empty. They attempted to put my burrito bowl into a paper bag with no lid and the burrito I ordered was only half wrapped. I was already angry but this just was the straw that broke the camels back. Terrible horrific experience. After reading other peoples reviews, I see that this isnt an unusual occurrence. I am disappointed with Chipotle and their obvious disregard for customers satisfaction.

Went for a meal for two. Entered went to counter and ordered. Got meal. Went to tables. YUCK. Filthy!!!! Wasnt a clean table in the place. Floor also covered with food bits. Got one table wiped off. Went to get drinks and eating stuff. YUCK again. The counter around the drink fountain and the silverware bins was spotted with dried drops of food and drink. Sat and observed workers They seemed fine behind the food counter. Polite to customers. Dished up food nicely and seemed to stay busy keeping the food coming out, etc. Also noticed that the physical attributes of the seating area was already falling apart. One wall molding had fallen off and people were sitting with there feet on it. Sad. The food was good, the employees seemed polite and were working behind the food counter, BUT!! the YUCK factor overrides anything, so only 2 stars. A good place to get take outs and never sit down!
