We have had food at this restaurant a few times but the most scary thing happened with us today during lunch time. We ordered a side of rice and beans for my 2 year old and as she was eating it she opened her mouth to show me something. I looked at it and it seemed like a piece of glass to me. I got shocked and panicked as soon as I saw it in her mouth. I took it out of her mouth carefully and it a half-an-inch piece of clear plastic which was either in rice or beans. When we reported it - they pretty much told us that they cook a huge batch of rice and beans and that piece of plastic must have fell in it. REALLY? There was nothing that was done to fix the situation. The manager did try to give us a gift card but really? Who is going back to eat there. Not me. My husband and I freaked out after seeing what my daughter had almost eaten. This is SO NOT ACCEPTABLE. Never going back there again.

Food is great but service can be wonderful or crappy depending on whom you get. Scrutinize your check carefully. If your meal comes with sour cream and you ask to have it on the side, you will get charged for it. You will also get charged $2.35 for your kids drink even though its supposed to be included in the meal. You will then be told that theres no manager available to void the transaction. Too bad for you. Also I was there once with a very large group and about 10 of the kids all had the same kind of soda. When most of the kids had emptied their glasses, the server took the glasses, refilled them, and then brought the used glasses (with used straws in them) back to the table and randomly handed them to all the kids who had that soda. There is absolutely no way that he gave each glass back to the kid who had drank from it.

My husband and i have been going to Fiesta Cancun for a few years now, This is the most authentic Mexican restaurant i have been to aside from going to mexico. We have never had any issues regardless to the great service or the great food, My favorite drink is the Jalapeno Margarita, It is so flavorful and perfect with nearly anything on their menu. From the first day we walked in there everybody was so kind always said hello right away every time since. They do not allow for any one person to go unattended. If i had any type of a complaint is is that when i ask for no mushrooms i still get them which is nothing since you can pick them out. We will continue to frequent there for the food the environment and the friendly people.

Well. Im going to leave a bit of a mixed review. First off, the food really is excellent. However, the margaritas come out of one of those gas station slushy machines, yet the smallest size you can get costs you $9. Service was poor. One waitress decided to angrily vent about something to another employee right in front of our table. When I looked at her to imply I could hear her and she wasnt doing this in an appropriate area, she noticed me looking and simply resumed in Spanish. The TVs in the bar area were on incredibly loud. I understand there was a major hockey game on, but not all of your customers are there to watch. It was difficult to hold a conversation.

We dined there twice, the first experience was ok a bit late at night so we agreed to give it one more chance....BIG MISTAKE the server was extremely overwhelmed by our table of 6 our piña coladas were awful, not even blended! When we complained the server went and complained about us to a fellow server our request was more then reasonable. Then we received our food honestly the chicken tacos were not bad at all however the seveche had only shrimp no pico or anything resembling it, the ground beef tacos looked like fo meat aka fake meat mystery meat squirrel and our chips and waters were never refiled. I wouldnt refer it to my exes dog

We are fairly regular customers on Friday nights. The food has always been great as well as the drinks - my favorite is their mojito and my husband usually gets their Texas margarita with extra salt. The staff is courteous and just attentive enough without being intrusive. Sometimes they are very busy with a long wait so food may be a bit slower bit it is still tops in my book. Ive tried many different dishes there and have never been disappointed. Being able to catch a soccer match on one of the tvs is nice too. P.S. Their flan is yummy. We dont usually have room for dessert so we will get it to go.

Coming from Chicago, I definitely would not call this the best Mexican I have ever had as some others have said (still havent found a good burrito after over five years in the Twin Cities), but still, pretty authentic and pretty good. I have had slow service there before, maybe like 1 out of 4 times I go, but servers have ALWAYS been very polite and friendly, so not a big deal to me. Overall, definitely worth it to visit this place.

extremely slow service, waiters seemed very judgmental of us and seemed like they did not want to wait on us. Our food took longer than 15 min to come out and this was just an appetizer. I had better margaritas at Teresas. This place wont last once Teresas opens up because they cant compete with their customer service. I will not return to this restaurant especially after spending $50 and not even a "hello" was given to us.

They ran out of Chile rellenos by 7:00 on a Tuesday night, but they recommended a more expensive dish (but charged me the lesser price). Forgot items for both our kids meals, and did not ask if we wanted dessert - took a while to get back to our table. Staff is nice, food is okay (but not what I was really looking forward to), but omissions are made and musicians loud. Bar crowd would probably have a better experience.

Weve been to this restaurant on several occasions and have always had great food. Everything weve had has been more authentic style rather than the TexMex style most people are used to, so I can understand why some might not get it. The service varies by server but weve never had a poor experience as far as that goes. Weve been lucky to have mostly very good, attentive servers on our visits. We will continue to go back.

Of Course Im from Texas and Mexico too i know pablanos what look like. You will see picture between green and brown. what look like pablanos. its green not brown is mole more like sweet and spicy chocolate...

Great Food! Overall staff appears pleasant and willing to serve with a smile. Unfortunately, we must have received the one person on wait staff having a bad day. Wait staff was visually disengaged and wouldnt listen to any requests-including menu/drinks. Wrong food, drinks asked several times, and even confirmed twice the food order was correct (bummer it was not)- margarita was correct and yummy!
