I went here with my mother and niece a few days ago. We were in line and this couple in behind us gets to go in before us, even though we were there first. It felt like we were being passed up a little bit. Then, when we were finally seated, we were greeted by Abby, our waitress. She did well with drinks and such, however she did not bring our drinks all at once, which bothers me a bit. Why would you bring 2 drinks to a table of 3? It wouldnt kill you to wait a few minutes for the other drink to be finished up at the bar. After a bit, our food came, which was excellent as Wings can be. My mother got a Mild Tradition Meal while I got a Honey BQQ Boneless Feast. My niece got Chicken fingers and Fries. When we finished our meal, it took us 10-15 minutes flag down our waitress to get the check. Upon finally getting our check, I noticed that she had charged me for two pops instead of one, when I was the only one who got pop. It worries me that the waitress was trying to make us pay more than we should have. I guess it plays off the other reviews in that when you get your receipt.. Double and Triple Check your receipt, they could be trying to screw you over.

I work around this location and have eaten lunch here for the past 4 years. They recently remodeled (congrats!) and the place looks great. What they didnt prepare for was increasing the level of service to accommodate the extra foot traffic. Waited a hour for our food (2 lunch orders) and was told several times it was only going to take a few more minutes. 30 minutes into our wait, we were told itd take 10 more minutes. 45 minutes later, told another 10. At 1 hour wait, told our server we had to leave, could you check one more time with the kitchen. He comes back and tell us its going to be another 10-15, can I grab your check and wrap up your order (are you kidding me?) We walked out and ask to speak to a manager and were told wed have to wait 5-10 minutes as they were busy. We could call back if wed like. No thanks, your service here is horrible and youve lost a long time customer. Congrats on your remodel, this is not a spot for lunch during the weekdays.

It took the waitress 22 mins (had a stopwatch) to bring our drinks after being seated due to she begin cleaning other tables off first instead of bringing our drinks. But she was very polite tho! I ordered a large boneless wings with two different sauces, med & honey bbq. The wings came out with barely any sauce on them.....literally. I posted a pic but its pending and I highly doubt that it will be posted after they read this review. I dont understand why in the world would the cook even send my wings out like that or even better, why didnt the waitress make sure my food was prepared right before she brought it to my table. She saw my facial expression and immediately offered to get more sauce. My thing is the wings is supposed to be completely covered in sauce, not for me to have to dip them like some nuggets. My Irish wedges.....nothing like it was on the menu pic, barely any toppings on them. Its like I wasted $86 last night.......smh

We have had mixed experiences at this place. The customer service is variable, at best. We have eaten in twice at this place, and both experiences were decent. We have ordered out twice, and both times they screwed up the order, with missing items. One time we actually had guests over when we ordered out and they screwed up the evening by not being honest about portion sizes and also forgetting an entire meal. When I called, they told me we had two options: refund, or go back and pick up the food. We decided, because we needed to feed people, to go get the food. Meanwhile the rest of the meal was getting cold. They do have spicy wings and that cool little machine where you can mix sodas...other than that, this place is average.

Best experience Ive ever had. The waiter named Michael made that happen. Had my daughters birthday on sep. 3rd he was just so professional and helpful he even cut the cake up and put on trays to hand out and sang happy birthday with us! Food was delicious! Ordered 300 wings they were awesome and didnt take long to make. Chips n salsa was bomb the salsa was so good! If you ever go there i recommend you ask for Michael to be your waiter. Also would like to thank Chris for helping me get this set up for the large order. I appreciate you all that helped with my party. God bless

Almost always consistent. The food is delicious and priced reasonably. We particularly love the basket of chili con queso fries -- but every once and a while we will get shredded cheese even if we explicitly ask for the queso sauce. Its simply a minor miscommunication that occurs on occasion. But when they get it right, its goooooood. I also highly recommend the Desert Heat dry rub for your wings. Despite being the highest on their heat scale for the dry seasonings, its considerably more tolerable than even their med-hot sauces. Delicious!

Went there with my family and a friend for my birthday and to watch the hockey game... The service was absolutely terrible. It took over 20 minutes for her to get my sons drink... And she never really cared to fill my drink ever... We eventually had to go to the bar to get our drinks because she wouldnt come to our table. And on top of that... She handed my birthday dessert to my husband instead of me... This is one location we will never step foot in again!!!!!!!!

I ordered a strawberry kick coronarita and it only tasted like the strawberry puree so we told the waitress it doesnt taste like any alcohol in the drink so I asked her to bring me a tall glass of modelo. We ordered the large traditional wings and waited about 20 mins or so and finally got the wings and we started to eat and the wings werent hot they were cold so we asked her to take them back and paid for the drink and nachos and left. Bad food!

Valentines day was very busy so they didnt bother going over my order with me before I left as they normally would. I just got home to find that I got my chips without any salsa (I already own chips, so kind of useless), and I only got 15 wings in my order of 20. I realize its busy but this feels more like negligence to completely forget pieces of an order. Update: my mothers chicken wrap also had a very spicy sauce on it that we did not order.

I went to buffalo wild wings for dinner with a friend the other night, my friends crispy chicken wrap was frozen, the chicken wasnt even hot, she had it sent back and gave her another one, then i tasted mine and it wasnt hot either so i sent mine back. They did give us a discount on our meal. The server and manager were very nice about it. We appreciated it but this was probably the worst food that we got at Buffalo Wild wings in a long time.
