Heres what happened November 2013... Long story short...(Marko who owns the entire strip mall behind SA) decided it would be a good idea to whip out his leaf blower and blow leaves/grass/sand/gravel around...while people are still parked there! Marko lacks the common sense and overall respect for other peoples things, to wait until there are no cars around to do his yard work in front of his building. Needless to say, my car was covered with rocks, sand, dust, grass, leaves and gravel. Then Marko flung his extension cord for his leaf blower on the hood of my car, and left a scratch. He lied and denied ever doing anything. Arguing about this caused him to call the cops. Then he had me banned from his property. Since we dont live in a world where you can try to pass this off on Google to create a special page just to review properties...lets stick to the facts here mk? You cant see the forest through the trees here Steve. I completely agree that this should be a landlord issue. But since Marko was working within your restaurant at the time...then you are responsible for his actions. Keeping up on the grounds and doing what a landlord should do is important...just dont do it when there are cars parked in the parking lot!!! Common sense would tell you to not do that when there are customers cars parked there, which he clearly lacks! If hes the landlord, then have him do landlord duties off business hours. Im pretty sure you dont expect your waitresses or cooks to go outside and blow leaves and dirt around while waiting tables, do you? Because, while working at your restaurant, he did exactly that. What about cleaning gutters? Or replacing drywall, or fixing plumping, or electrical problems? Is that in the job description of being a waitress/cook at Tops Pizza and Hoagies??? If hes inside your restaurant, greeting customers and cooking food...then hes working at your restaurant...that makes you responsible for his actions, because hes no longer the landlord...hes your employee. He should at no point in time, be outside blowing around leaves and dirt all over peoples cars, if hes supposed to be working inside your restaurant, cooking food and greeting customers. The fact that he had to go back into your restaurant and grab your mother and a waitress to come out and inspect the damage (that they both were able to see, yet he lied about), involves you and the restaurant that much more. Quit taking your fathers side and realize that he is in the wrong, and you are in the wrong for defending his actions. Probably time to kick pops to the curb if hes going to be creating problems, headaches and hassles like this for you. He needs to gain some common sense and respect for other people and their property, and not be so disrespectful when someone approaches him with a problem that he caused, rather than lying about it, and calling the cops like a petulant child. He should be a man and take responsibility for his actions. If his main responsibility is to take care of landlord duties, then get him out of your restaurant before he ruins your reputation with his obvious attitude problem...oh wait....too late.

You will see this place is getting more 1 star reviews lately, believe them. This was a terrible experience. Our waitress had no business handling tables by herself, she was clueless. Our appetizer arrived at the same time as our sandwiches, we complained that we wanted new sandwiches, they said ok. After we enjoyed our appetizer, which was good, that was why 1 star and not 0, they brought out the same sandwiches they had brought out to us 15 minutes earlier, they had been reheated and the bread was hard in some spots and mushy in the rest. We ate a little and went to leave complaining to the person at the counter only to have a guy come over at us and immediately get in our face because we were complaining of the service and asking to not have to pay for 1 of the sandwiches. He told us that he doesnt need customers like us and dont ever come back. So my advice for you is, dont ever go, too many nice restaurants around to waste your money here.

I write this review with a sad heart. The food has always been so, so good. The service, absolutely horrendous. Years ago we were long-time supporters of T.O.P.S. that support ended when we asked for our total and the old lady on the phone snidely asked"what do you think I am, a mathmetician?!" After about 5 years we decided to order again. Dumb. They totally screwed up our order. Completely wrong. When we called to inform them, they told us to return the wrong food, then they would exchange it. We ordered delivery and tipped handsomely (as usual to anyone bringing us food!), but yet we had to get in the car, drive 4 blocks to get the right food. When we said no, the owner said they dont need customers like us. Sorry to douche bag, all restaurants need good customers. Especially hole-in-the-wall, cant believe its still open restaurants like yours.

Terrible service. I ordered a Greek chicken meal with fries and they gave me a chicken wrap with No fries. The wrap was so soaked in oil I couldnt even eat it. I called and the female employee me they screwed up but would only refund me the difference of the two meals which was 3 dollars. So I lost out on a 13 dollar dinner. Terrible. service, super disappointed. Yes the manager said I could come back to pick up a new order but I live 3 cities away so that wouldnt make much sense. I explained this to the manager but she still only offered to refund 3 dollars. I know any other restaurant would refund the total amount because I didnt get what I ordered. Why would I pay for something I didnt order or eat? Since this comment the manager said he refunded my meal so thank you for that.

We have ordered from here seceral times as well as dined in. Food is good not great, but we tey to support the local dining establishments, and its not terrible, however the last time we ordered I ordered the aloha chicken sandwich and when I took my first bite it was completely raw in the middle! My husband called them to let them know and ask if we could get the burger version instead of the chicken as the chicken was turn off after sinking my teeth into a raw chicken breast. The owner told my husband to "put it in the microwave for 30-45 seconds " he refused to let me get the burger version instead of the chicken. We had driven to pick it up and were willing to drive back to get a new sandwich but he refused. So much for customer loyalty....we will not be back:-/

For the price they charge it isnt worth it, all the veggies were canned except the onion, it had no flavor because of this. The cheese pizza was good but not great just your average greasy pie. Mediocre at best but you can get a much tastier pie for $5 at Lil Sleezes down the block if your looking for just an average pizza or Carbones is also a few blocks away for half their prices and at much better quality. The best part though(joking) was the $7 cheesebread but had to pay an extra $2 for their marinara sauce and it wasnt much, just a small cup that didnt even cover half of a large size order. We are pizza lovers, once a week at least but this place got our business just this once. I wouldnt even go back if they cut their prices by half, much better places around.
