Im somewhat of a connoisseur of chain restaurants. Ive been to twenty Red Lobsters, fourty-three Chilis, and over three hundred McDonalds. But Pizza Ranch is definitely in my top six. The price is average and he food isnt great but the service, especially in the Dilworth branch, is unsurpassed. I manage a small chain restaurant of my own, and I wish I could get my employees to be as courteous and helpful as these ladies and gentlemen! Five stars!! EDIT: By the way, the buffet (which is the main reason to go to this place) is only 9 dollars, not 15! I dont know where they got that number.

All is fresh quality food available. If you dont see a pizza that you like on the buffet you can make a request and they will bring it to your table and serve you the first pieces of that pizza. Great selection on the salad bar as well. And who can go wrong with their dessert pizza! Always a quick and simple choice for a good meal!

We have tried to order from them many times. Its always been " we dont have any drivers to night" or we call within an hour before they close and the rude girl that answer the phone says oh we are closed and hangs up. This happens many times food is good but they really dont care bout your business.

I am here now and I am nowhere near impressed the pizzas are being brought out with serving spatula on top of the pizzas and the chicken is all burn the waffle fries are over cooked. It took 35minutes to get spilled soup off the buffet line. Needless to say this will be my last visit to this facility

We stopped to eat here and everything was great. I dont know how anything could have been improved. The problem we had was getting really full before tasting everything we saw that looked great! Here are a few photos I snapped! We will surely be back!

Food was avarage. Floor was very messy. Food everywhere. 5 employees just sitting around. I was sitting by chicken bones on the floor right next to two employees chatting for 20 min. Nobody cleaning. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I love Pizza Ranch. My kids love Pizza Ranch. My wife loves it. My in-laws love it. Its not fancy, set your expectations. But if you have not been there and you love pizza, giddy-up and get on over.

Very friendly staff, but my plate would be gone as soon as I left the table, problem was I didnt even get to start. I forgot something. So I guess a little too quick on cleaning tables. But good HOT food

This Pizza Ranch always has hot food. The buffet is delicious and even my kids will eat most of the food offered. The dessert table is where it is at! Yum cherry pizza with ice cream on top.
