They used to be great but not anymore. I cant begin to describe how bad it is now. They fail every category from service to quality. Update..7-15-17 decided to try again and couldnt believe how much ruder the people are. I ordered the chicken strip basket and the gravy was less than half way filled up so I asked for more and was told it was extra so I explained that I just wanted the other half that they didnt give me and showed them the container exactly how they gave it to me and they would not make it right. I think all they can say is "no" because they sure cant greet the customer or smile or any of the normal type behavior youd expect. Perhaps its a reflection of the manager or the management.

I saw Thomas Marinelli in their working to his best. An I ask him do you like this job? He replied, (yes I do and I like to see customers smile). Thomas needs a raise. The cooks did ok an the ice cream people did ok but Thomas did FANTASTIC. I can thank him enough for all his help. He was helping us left to right. It was like we had the force and when we needed something then we can get it easy. But thank you Thomas Marinelli for a the help. Not only that, he is only 16 or 17.

While everyone was looking at the eclipse, I enjoyed mooncakes at Dennys! There were several people during my visit heading out to take pictures/ get glimpses of the solar eclipse, I got to enjoy their stories and excitement while enjoying my fluffy cakes! Maximo Z offered great service! I would highly recommend this particular Dennys!

I dont even know why I came back in here. The service is horrible. Got a fish basket and was afraid to eat the fish because the fries were ice cold and the bread (cant call it toast) looks as if it were toasted for 5 seconds. Tried to give it one more shot and they failed...wont even bring my kids in here for a blizzard

We stop for burgers, the girl who attend us was very nice, very cool making suggestions when we ask her about it, and the food was great. But the guy who help her wasnt paying attention and she had to help us packing our food in bags after the other guy just givi it to us and land us a bag.

Food preps have long hair and dont wear hair nets. For the third and final time we were served ice cream cones with the server using their bare hands. This place was once a really clean outfit, not so much anymore. We wont be back for more disappointments.

Only negative is price is way to high for the small portion of food. Otherwise not bad. Friendly people and got my order right on the first shot. With todays kids and their "dont give damn attitude" attitudes that is a shock in and of itself.

There were onions in my banana split and when I called the guy working there was rude and told me I was lying and told me I was just trying to scam them.wtf? Idk how this guy still has a job. Im calling the health department on these fools.

No adults working, slow as possible ( I sat there 20 minutes just waiting on a burger ), didnt give me a drink, got my order wrong. Please hire some adults thats know what their doing and not some kids.
