I just wanted to comment on the GREAT, employees at this restaurant. I know the food is terrific, as is always the case with DQ, but the manager at this location, as well as his staff, went ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty to help our family today. They helped my son, who was traveling home from college and his car broke down along I35. When I asked the kind manager what I could do to repay him and his staff for their kindness, he simply replied "Just be a customer for life." Well, if I lived in Waxahachie, I would for sure! Thanks again DQ Waxahachie! Were heading that way today to personally express our appreciation -- and well definitely have to have a blizzard while were there!

Burger was served to me with cold meat. Burger was built incorrectly with cheese on the bottom between bun and burger, 1 pickle, 9 onions. Onion rings were awful tasting. Seemed like the oil was to old. However, the French fries were good. Staff seemed like the didnt care whatsoever. They did offer to remake my burger, but I declined. I didnt want to suffer retaliation. I decided to cut my losses, leave, and eat elsewhere. I will never return to this location.

I had a very horrible experience. The service was not pleasent. The guy who gave me my blizzard tipped over the drink and spilt some on the floor and diddnt pick it up. It was dripping everywhere. I refuse to put the name of the worker. The bathrooms were dirty too. I hope they inprove

Last Friday, 10/10/15, I had a burger there. Proceeded to have food poisoning and was sick the next 2 days. Such a bummer, I really love Dairy Queen but this one facility has been lacking on service and food quality.

Glad they finally put a Dairy Queen here. The fact they sell Blizzard Cakes is a plus! Great food, but service is a bit lacking. Hard to beat $4 chicken baskets, though.

Stopped for a Dilly Bar and the bathroom. Left relieved and with my favorite frozen treat. Very clean bathrooms, friendly staff, and great location for travelers.

Usually the food is great, for some reason today the fries are greasy and the tomatoes are not ripe. Tomatoes with a green hard center, Not good on a burger.
