Food was good but the staff was terrible. The girl checking us out had no clue what sweet n low was when my dad asked if they had any for his unsweetened tea... she looked at him like he had 3 heads. after we finally said forget it we went and sat down. They brought our food before they brought our drinks. 3 sets of employees came to the table and were made aware that we didnt have drinks. But none ever came back with any. So I finally went up to the counter and stood there until I had them in hand.... Ill go to the waxahachie one next time

Order a family dinner waited 30 minutes ,only to notice in my rearview mirror the laughing face of the girl in the drive thru pointing to the kitchen staff asking where is our food...went inside and was told ...Oh we were just about to come in tell you we are out of corn on the cob in which I reply you couldve just came and told us 30 minutes ago seriously there was a staff of 12 people inside someone could have came and told us something got my money back and left Ill never go back again

The customer service isnt the same when they first open, the food isnt fresh upon order like the beginning. Its sad that you get half way home or all the way home and pay for old food. 2 napkins for a family of 4 the rolls are hard. I use to love chicken express on Ovilla. Hopefully things will eventually change when you get staff that care about the customer and how they serve.

This place is great. The managers are always on top of things. We like to get our chicken fresh and the manager will make sure it gets cooked when we order. We placed a 200 piece orders from here and we needed it by 8:00 am the next day. They called someone to come in early and they had it ready to go on time. This is an easy choice when we dont feel like cooking or burgers.

I dont know about anybody else but all except for one time my food is never fresh and I go during their busy time around 6pm. My chicken is always luke warm mashed potatoes are always dry and crumbly. Ive had to call in on more than one occasion. Not saying dont go here they just need to get better thats all.

Not only is the chicken good but the catfish is awesome, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They also keep the restrooms clean and my mama always said if the restrooms are nasty so is the food. Regardless of how it tastes, dont eat it. Lol

I just love the chicken strips, totally amazing, but everything else tastes like it came out of a can or freezer. They really need to step it up on their sides. Thankfully, you can order chicken by itself.

The food is good, people are usually pleasant, nice location, please be aware that sometimes their debit/credit card machine doesnt work, bring cash as a back up.

I ordered fish and family or of tenders ....tenders were cold fish was good and they forgot my coleslaw and mash... By the way I got sick with diarrea

Some of the best fried chicken I have ever had. Friendly people. And if I plan ahead and get more than I can eat, it is even good cold the next day.
