TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! Messed my order up, had to turn around and come back. Went in, told them exactly what my whoke order was. They asked for a reciept and never gave me one. Then fumbled through all the reciepts making me look at everyone! Took every employee in that store to question me and talk about me in front of me to make me another sandwich while my husband and my food was getting colder than it already was. They tryed to hand us a drink at the window and we were honest and said it wasnt ours. HORRIBLE RUDE AND COMPLETE IDIOTS INCLUDING THE MANAGER! WHOMEVER OWNS THIS STORE NEEDS TO FIRE THEM ALL AND TRAIN THE NEW ONES RIGHT, ESPECIALLY WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!! LOOK AT ALL YOUR BAD REVIEWS! IVE NEVER SEEN SO MANY BAD ONES FOR ANY OTHER PRODUCT OR PLACE! YOU SHOULD REALLY JUST SHUT THIS NASTY DIRTY STORE DOWN! INSTEAD OF STANDING AROUND WITH THERE THUMBS UP THEIR BUTTS THEY SHOULD BE CLEANING! IM CALLING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT TOO!

Just went through drive-through. Ordered two meals. The burgers - Mine was supposed to be with cheese. There was no cheese. Husbands was supposed to be with pickles and mustard only. There was no pickles or mustard. The onion rings - Was supposed to get zesty sauce for both. No zesty sauce. The drinks - Ordered raspberry coke and raspberry diet coke. Definitely not raspberry. In fact, doesnt even taste like coke. Not sure what it is. Literally everything about our order was wrong. Would love to leave feedback through the BK site, but we werent given our receipt either. Come on...

Its pretty sad. This Burger King has been here for probably 2 years and its always only one or two cars in the drive thru, not because people who live in RO dont like BK, its because the service here has ALWAYS been horrible! My family and I love BK but we refuse to go to the one in our own town because the immature children that work there always get the orders wrong, are rude, rush customers to get off their timed scale in front of the window so their drive thru times appear to be better than they actually are. I mean HORRIBLE service. BK really needs to revamp this location. Sad.

Worst place Ive ever been. Ive had absolutely no problem with waxahachie. I waited forever to get my food, I asked for sauces and she rolled her eyes at me, I asked her why my large fry was filled halfway and she she it fell in the bottom of the bag and I showed her the was nothing and she walked away, and she treated us like her dog just died. I cant even get the rest of my food because she "couldnt"give me a receipt. We will never suggest anyone there ever. They need to properly interview the ones they hire.

Horrible customer service will be getting the franchise owners number to file a formal complaint. The lobby was to be open til 8p and at 6:12pm lobby was locked. Tried drive thru to hear the lady on the speaker say, "She didnt have a button." We were attempting to order a menu item advertised on TV. The employees came off as not only lazy but rude. Whats bad is I do enjoy the menu items at this establishment but I dont see BK ever beating McDonalds with a terrible menu just because of their service.

I ordered 12 cinnamon rolls waited 15min before they told me they only have 8... and the rest are frozen... I asked how long to defrost and the manager said the oven is down and is being cleaned. .. its only 10pm and they dont close for another 2hours!.. she gave me a refund and just said sorry. ... to top it all off... ac condensation is dripping from the ceiling every where... horrible service. ...the manager was amy... she didnt seem too friendly or made any effort to assist me in any way

Went tonight to get two crispy chicken combos, one regular and one without veggies. I paid at the drive thru and they gave me two value burgers. Took them inside and they said that they dont have crispy chicken sandwiches at the moment. So they gave me grilled chicken sandwiches. I told them one regular and one without veggies. 15 minutes later I got two grilled chicken sandwiches and both were with veggies. . . . Fries tasted okay and burgers werent bad. Just not what I ordered.

I visited around 1pm and noticed that the staff was shorthanded. I spent about 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence, then another 2 minutes waiting for service. The level of interaction was minimal, as the employee was needing to do a number of things, so it would be unfair to give them a poor rating. Besides that, my meal came out after about 5 minutes, and the restaurant was clean. All-in-all not a bad experience but not exactly a good either.

Ive been here several times and it takes forever to get food that doesnt taste very good. Their machines for sodas and shakes are constantly down. Usually when the food finally comes, the order is wrong or missing key items. This just happened again tonight, and they didnt give us all our food. I will not be going back until this place gets new managers or something.

I just dont know what to say that the other 42 ppl have not already said. I will never be going back to this store again. And I will tell anyone and everyone that will listen to me. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS STORE. Or yes and if this store is under new management then they need to be fired as well as every other person in the store.

I bought food and they told me drive around and wait for the food. When I got it they forgot the fries so they went back for the fries. And when I got home the meat was cold and still a little frozen. That food went in the trash and it has happened twice so I stop going there. We go to dairy Queen now good food good service.

The food was not good! Ordered a whopper with cheese which apparently means a few sprinkles of small shredded cheddar cheese. The staff is rude and the response I got was, "I dont know what you talking about" as she walked away from our table. After my husband was told, its still cheddar. Unhappy and wont be back!

We just sat in line - 1 car in front of us for 13 min. When we made it to order as talking on her cell phone and forgetting the speaker was active we were told to please hold on...while we listened to her phone call. We tried to call and talk to a manager from the line - the phone would ring ring hang up...

Gave me hour old fiery chicken fries looked the employee right in his eyes and asked him if they were fresh told me yes yet they were cold. Managed did not care about the poor customer service. Would never recommend this place on a good day love right by first time visiting and last thumbs down

The food is great but the management is terrible, I bought a whopper and it took nearly an hour to receive my order and when I asked if I could get my burger heated up the store manager threw my burger away and called the cashier "stupid". She was very rude to the customers and her associates
