Tonight I had the worst experience ever at this store. I was told on the phone my order would be ready in 15 minutes. When I got to the location to.pick up my order not only was it not ready it had not even been started. The General Manager Scott blamed it on their call center and refused to even give me a simple apologie for the mix up or take any of blame and on top of that he proceeded to argue with me in front of my pregnant wife as well as his whole staff. I was totally humiliated. The whole time this is happening my poor pregnant wife is starving hungry and to top it all off Scott looks at me in no specific terms and tells me I can take the order or leave like I did something wrong. Wow I am just completely disgusted

Horrible experience all around. Driver forgot part of my order, and also didnt read the note on the order that said not to come to the front yard but use the alley and to call me. He just shrugged as he marched right back through the front. Called customer service, clearly just a part time phone worker who was somewhere incredibly loud with music in the background and was tough to hear. After my THIRD call to pizza hut customer service I finally got to the store who is just now (an hour after my first things arrived) sending another driver with the remainder. Never again.

Was not very happy! Called and ordered said would be ready in 15 minutes and pickup at 4. I questioned this as it was 2:05. Asked why at 4 when just said 15 minutes. She did not know and I said didnt want it if it was at 4. She said the computer said 15 minutes and would change time to 2:26 pickup. Drove 10 miles to pickup and found store closed until 4. Seen two people in there and called again. Was told pickup stated 4. Cancelled order and went elsewhere for pizza. ALL YOU WOULD HAVE HAD TO DO WAS EXPLAIN! Will not go back now or refer anyone to you!

Ordered stuffed crust pizza two hours ago they said the delivery would take about 30-40 minutes but here we are two hours later starving... Called twice customer service didnt care, didnt offer any sort of discount...just an update has been three hours now and the store is now closed they have already charged our card and havent delivered a pizza. So they basically stole our money. Called customer service 8 times and didnt/ couldnt do anything.

Horrible experience with the Delano location. Ordered at 330 asked for a 6pm delivery. ..pizza never came called multiple times could never reach the local store. I was sent all over to call centers and other states. Pizza came at 8pm ice cold. Driver was unapologetic, said to call his manager Alec. Who I cant reach because of call center circles.

Ordered for delivery, never showed up, called (you cant call the store directly) and they had no record of my order, ordered again for pickup, got there and they had no order in system, said it would be an hour, said forget it and went to Daves (better pizza anyway). They showed up 2 hours later at our door like nothing happened. It was 10:00!

Tonight we ordered a stuffed crust pizza along with breads ticks and boneless wings. The only thing that was half way decent were our wings. Our pizza was way to thin and limp and cold and our breadsticks were soggy and cold as well, I called and informed the manager and all she did was give us a $10 credit I am not very impressed.

How am I with a Delano address outside your delivery area yet to deliver to a town south (yes farther) and after 45 minutes pass I call in to the ordering line (which is the worst idea ever) find out my order was just cancelled with no notification. Havent ordered hut pizza in ages and wont be again.

Cancelled order and went elsewhere for chicken wings. Restaurant was dirty! Employees were horsing around (on their cell phones, etc.). Noone was wearing hairnets or gloves. Wiping their hands on their dirty pants.?? No "THANK YOU".

Ordered a pizza and they said it would be ready for pickup in 15 min, I get there and the store isnt even open at 1 in the afternoon when the posted hours state it opens at 11AM, why did they even take my order?

One time pizza more then hour late, another time was charged for pizza that wasnt ordered by me with no credit, now this time they forget an item. Im not sure of credit this time or not, but seriously wtf?

14/15 times I drive by the open sign is on when they are closed, or off when they are open. This angers me every time, so I hate this place. Other than that, its f^! $in pizza hut
