The team at the Mills Civic location is always on top of their game with genuinely friendly service and accuracy. This location on University has some work to do, at least when it comes to the drive-through. I have been through on numerous occasions since they opened and have yet to receive an accurate order -- as in, I am always missing at least one sandwich (not even the wrong one, which would be a bit of a consolation I guess). Tonight took the cake, though, when I went back, as I always do after arriving at home to find out a sandwich is missing yet again, and they realized the sandwich still sitting there was the one that should have been put in my order. Instead of giving me a fresh sandwich, I got the half-hour old (or older?) sandwich, which was like eating dried out rubber since it had been sitting in a foil bag the whole time. I havent decided if my biggest mistake is not checking my order before driving away, or continuing to give them the benefit of the doubt by returning over and over again. I gave them two stars because there is still hope they will improve, I hope anyway, but I think I will be driving the extra distance to go to the Mills Civic location from now on.

My goodness this Chick-fil-A is one of the cleanest restaurants Ive ever been in. It would be an understatement to say that the staff is sincerely friendly and accommodating with their uniforms cleaned and pressed. Every staff member looked you in the eye and greeted you with a smile. Eating at Chick-fil-A is unlike any other fast food restaurant in that the Staff All Care about how the customers are treated and cared for. I cant say enough about this amazing franchise and the owners. Thank you for such a pleasurable dinning experience.

As always the sandwich was superb. But beyond that I have to give a special shout out to the man taking our order. His name was Nathan, and upon coming into the restaurant he noticed my arm in a sling. Asking what had happened we explained I had just had surgery to repair a torn labrum. After ordering and attempting to pay, he stopped us and insisted that todays meal was on them. This was a great gesture and just shows the quality of people they employ there. Thanks again Nathan.

Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience in the drive-thru. I didnt receive the food I ordered and was charged for fries I didnt order. Ive learned my lesson to always check my receipt and bag of food before I leave the drive-thru. To make it worse I was getting my calendar rewards, which was the food I didnt receive, so now Im out that food. Probably wont return to this location. Which is disappointing because my family likes Chick Fil A.

This is a new location, keep in mind. After ordering my large Ice Dream cone to go, I had to wait nearly 10 minutes before I received it. Not sure if they forgot me initially or what, but they have a ways to go to catch up with the Chick-Fil-A on Mills Civic! Nice indoor space. On another occasion, I appreciated the staff offering to bus my table and giving me a mint. Very classy! Ill update one they are up to par.

The chicken sandwiches are consistently fresh and delicious, the staff has always been friendly when Ive visited, and even during busy times they seem to stay reasonably caught up. I wish they made the Chik-Fil-A sauce available in the lobby, and a fountain for self-service soda refills, but Im sure it decreases costs for them.

Fast, friendly service. Great food. Wonderful place to eat. The only thing I would say is that "free wi-fi" is an overstatement. Very poor, intermittent connection. I mentioned it to the staff, and they suggested sitting in one corner. Better, but still poor connection.

Chick-fil-A just cant be stopped! They refuse to offer anything but the best of service and food. Such high quality in both categories. I have never had bad food or bad service and Ive visited countless times. Keep it up!

I prefer the Breakfast Chicken Burrito when it didnt have the potatoes in it. I had one of the Chicken Burritos with the potatoes and dont care for it. I wished they offered it either way. I wont be back.

My son cant have dairy so when we ordered the frosted lemonade my son quickly tasted ice cream and told me. Right away I went to the cashier he was glad to get us a refund and grab my son a lemonade.
