Very disappointed in the way this place is managed. The last time we went to this establishment their new system F-d the night up for my entire family. The degenerate working behind the counter screwed up all the orders and somehow my fathers meal ended up in someone elses hands and he got less then he paid for. The manager was standing right there when it happened and didnt do anything about it. Not only did the guy screw up our orders, he screwed up several. I witnessed many people whipping out their receipts and all the employees acting dumb as if they had never seen such a phenomenon in their life. Im not even thrilled by the price of this place either or the fact that they hire young lazy employees that stand around instead of making themselves useful and tending to the customers. This place is not worth the money. I cant get a turkey burger and fries without spending well over 10 bucks for. Grill your own burgers!

Ive wanted to try a Fuddruckers for a while, after having seen the chain in many places. Now that I finally have, I am happy I skipped all the other opportunities. Its not terrible, but there are just so many better burger places. The gimmick here is that you order your burger from a small variety of different basic options, the, you Go through a toppings bar to customize it to your liking. Unfortunately the burgers are extremely basic with nothing unique or special, and they just werent that tasty. The toppings options were also all very basic, and only typical sauces like ketchup, mustard, and mayo. I really expected at least a house made burger sauce. Skip this one and try Red Robin right down the street, or Zombie Burger at the Jordan Creek, or even a fast food burger!

I was disappointed when they told me that their store doesnt have Elk on the menu. I voiced my concern as I was craving an Elk burger and wanting my girlfriend to try it. The staff and management came through with their customer service that I could not give any less than a 5-star review. Yes, they didnt have the Elk burger that I wanted. But, the burgers we got and the service we received were beyond words. It wasnt just one or two of them being kind and treating us like VIPs but it was the entire staff. We enjoyed every minute and we left feeling like King and Queen.

Of course I love Fuddruckers and Ive visited one every time I travel to a place that has one. I would say this is one of the better ones. The grill cooks here are very good. The burgers actually come out exactly as they are ordered. Its nice to be able to top your own burgers with any choice you want. Theres enough space so that they arent too crowded and the line moves pretty quick. I would suggest however having the cashier read back your order. Our cashier was a little spacey and got a couple things wrong. They do serve beer here as well as cookies and a vegetarian choice

I wasnt a fan when they first opened, but theyve grown on me to the point theyre in my regular lunch rotation. Everything is cooked to order and you get to top your own burger to the point of ridiculous if you want. I also like to drown my fries in cheddar sauce and mayo. Where else can you do that? Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is cool. Highly recommend the Bacon Cheddar.

I ate an ostrich here once. Theyre evil birds. Evil. The burgers are good, though. The cow burgers, i mean. The ostrich burger was okay, but the cow burgers are really good. I wish i liked the ostrich burger better because i like cows better than ostriches. But the world isnt a fair place, Steven, and cows are simply delicious. The cows here are particularly good.

Phenomenal hamburger restraunt! You can order everything from buffalo to ostrich. The pop machine has over 100+ flavor combinations. They always give you EXTRA helpings on milkshakes and malts so please make a point to order one. After you get your sandwhich, they have an entire salad bar and warmed toppings to load it up with I highly recommend!

One of, if not THE best burger joints Ive ever been to. Been to 38 states and 17 countries, so I should know a good burger when I see one. I cant bring myself to try the a chili dog or fish, since its a so far from home I dont get enough of their food. Why there isnt one in Rochester, MN. Ill never know. Theyd clean up.

You can never go wrong with Fuddruckers. The price is awesome for the amount of food you get. Burgers are juicy and filling. The toppings bar makes the restaurant. Its self-service for the most part, so prepare to get everything yourself. But I actually enjoy not having to wait on a server to get my drink.

I went here once and have never been back. I didnt believe the hype. The burgers didnt taste that out of the ordinary. Its cool that you can put your own vegetables and condiments on your burger, but if you only want ketchup on your burger, its not that awesome.

They went above and beyond to ensure our son with allergies was safe and that our meal was good. Customer service here is fabulous! We will be back. We returned here again to realize this place is consistent on delivering great food and treating us like family!

This is a good place to eat, especially with kids. It is great how you can add as many topping as you want to your meals. The cheese for the fries or burger is good. I feel its a little pricey so it great to go on Tuesdays when kids eat free.

This is one of the best restaurants in Des Moines. You have to stop by here at least a couple times a year. Just be aware that it is on the pricey side, but that is to be expected when the food and ambiance is of this high quality.

Tuesdays are the best! Kids eat free with the order of an adult meal. It will still be almost $30 for two adults, but add in two kids meals and its worth it! Please tip the folks picking up after you (if they do it lol)

If you need a quick, but expensive, something to eat - you can go here. Its a cattle call at best. Save your money and eat at Burger King. Fairly comparable but less expensive at Burger King.

Their burgers are huge, It hard to beat free cheese sauce, free veggie fixings, and 2 drink machines that offer 1 billion different flavored drinks. Its a little pricey but its pretty good.

Great burgers, higher prices than typical fast food, but so much better. The Buffalo burger is Awesome. Outstanding condiment table. Fries are so so. Onion rings are very good.
